  Wow, every person who works here from Octavio, Ivan, Rob and everyone else has been so awesome and considerate! These people really take their job seriously and give amazing customer service, keep the cars in excellent condition and promote positivity despite the environment being hectic. Will only rent from this spot ever while in Los Angeles. Big shout out to this awesome team :)

  Unfortunately had to leave a bad review. Ive rented here 10+ times and the one time I was a bit late to return my car due to insane traffic/accidents driving back from San Francisco to LA, they charged me for an extra day saying 1 hr grace period is all you get. Having worked at Enterprise myself, this was very bad customer service. Ill reconsider going somewhere else after this. Customer service is being able to understand the customer experience and how I tried to bring the car back as fast as possible. Honestly very disappointed.
