  I feel tricked after my experience here. When we picked up our rental, no one told us any information about the return process. After I directly asked if we should fill the gas tank before returning the car, the employee helping us said “no, just return it with as much gas as it has in it.” We understood this to mean that we should return the car with whatever amount of gas was left in the tank, so we returned the car with about a half tank. Two days later we received a call from Enterprise charging us to fill the tank because it was not returned full. This was very frustrating, given the lack of clear instructions and miscommunication by the employee. I planned to leave a 5 star review but could not do so after this experience. Enterprise should make sure that their employees can communicate their own policies to customers.

  All staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Shake, who is the branch manager for the Glendale office on Brand, She always exceeds my expectations with her customer service skills and her professionality. Thank you so much for the great experience.

  Went in with a reservation to pick up my car rental. Multiple people told me, “all you need is your ID.” I was asked for my ID, my social security policy, a credit card or two bills with my name on it. I asked why and was told, “You are gray in our system, the address doesn’t verify.” The same address my husband has used to rent cars from this very location. The discrimination is so obvious it’s disgusting.
