  Rented a car due to personal car at repair shop. Rental broke down a tow truck and a replacement rental were provided same day Daniel at Enterprise made sure we were taken care of. Great customer service.

  Used my points for a free day but still had to call for a refund. I had to call the 800 number because the local office was not answering. I chose “you click we pick” and when I got there I requested anything but a Versa (due to the fact both times i had rented one they had broke down probably would have this time too if I had the car more than a day). They tried to charge me extra for “an upgrade” even though the option I chose was for compact or larger. They told me the car had a quarter tank when it had less than a quarter tank , I returned it with more. The car also had a chip in the windshield that got slightly bigger during the short time i had it. The senors for seatbelts would go off despite no one sitting in the seat and not much stuff being on it. I usually rent from the Salinas office but unfortunately this was the closest place with after hours returns which was helpful.

  I had an excellent experience with the Gilroy office! The entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. The car was spotless and equipped with the latest Android Auto technology, which made connecting my phone quick and easy. I especially appreciated the courtesy pick-up and drop-off service, it really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
