- EMEdith MSep 26, 20265.0I rented a car online from Enterprise at their Gilroy location. Enterprise's website is easy to navigate. On the day of pick-up, I was processed within minutes by Gaime, and got to choose from 2 cars. When I returned the car, Alexis processed the return also within minutes and returned the deposit on the spot. Both Gaime and Alexis were VERY professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about the rental process. Based on my experience with these two gentlemen, I am looking forward to renting a car with Enterprise again.
