  Was referred to Shige’s by someone I know and was not disappointed. Their quote for repairs was far less than other quotes I received from other independent shops. The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly. When my vehicle needed to stay over the weekend, they were able to get me into one of their loaner vehicles which was amazing. Repair & oil change took minimal amount of time and my car was ready when promised. They take photos and give honest repair advice, so no surprises and full transparency! Special shout out to Diana, who is super professional, kind & understanding. Will come back if my car needs any fixes in the future.

  Good people work here! I came in 10 min before closing in a panic and the manager stayed after closing to help me out. Incredibly kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend

  As a first timer I was nervous on what to expect but Andrew was such a great help. He was able to obtain the parts I needed for my car and communicated with me through out the whole process. The car techs were all really nice and even if they weren’t helping with my car, they all checked in to see if everything went well. Truly grateful for the knowledge everyone had and care for my car. Once I received my receipt, everything that was done was explained so I left with out any questions. Thank you so much!

  Shige's Auto Service is the type of business you can depend on their service work and professional staff. I was referred to them by my cousin that lives in the community and his father was a auto mechanic for a major bank. He praise the work and personnel of the company. I have a Toyota Sienna 2012 and the timing case seal developed a oil leak and they have to remove the motor to reseal the timing case cover. This is a major job and I wanted to make sure the company I have do this type of work on my engine had the experience and technicians certified to perform this repair. Being a referral and first time customer I could not have had a better experience with Shige's. My first call to explain my issue with my van I spoke to Diana the service advisor. Immediately she spends the time to listen and give you all the necessary information you are inquiring about. She cares about helping you and to make sure all questions are answered in a professional manner. Andrew the service manager is a pleasure to work with. He will answer any technical questions and makes sure all the repairs are done as quoted. They are very detailed in giving diagnostic reports, and estimate quotes. The repair facilities are clean and organize with all the equipment to perform repairs. After the engine repair was completed in a timely manner the work was excellent and all repairs were done as quoted. They will go that extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the repairs. This is how you build a relationship with loyal customers. I'm glad I was referred to them and I will continue to drive the 30 miles to have them perform repairs on my automobiles. I definitely would recommended them for you auto repair needs.

  Great group of guys and girls working here, had my 2018 Toyota 4Runner in and out, gave me a good idea of what I would need to fix in the future also since I will be driving it out to Boulder and offered to connect me with a good mechanic out there. Had a great conversation about Marvel superhero’s also while waiting. Would highly recommend!
