  I am really happy with my windshield replacement by Safelite AutoGlass. My technician Juan arrived in the early part of the window of time I was given and got right to work. It amazes me how efficient the process is where just one person can replace a windshield in about 70 minutes! Beautiful work! I won't hesitate to use them again if another rock cracks my windshield on the freeway. Thanks Safelite!

  3 stars for quick convenient service at a decent price. However, the technician Juan was very unpleasant and rude. When I greeted him very friendly, there was no eye contact or response. He only asked for the keys and told me to remove anything that was in the front seat. When I asked him questions, they were one word answers. Very short and cold. I felt very uncomfortable by his presence.

  The technician that came to my house, Juan, had an unpleasant attitude the entire time. There was no greeting with a smile, he made no eye contact, he seemed annoyed. Being that I was alone at home with my toddler, I felt very uncomfortable with this type of interaction from a male on my property.

  Safelite Autoglass is incredible and professional. They could come to you and fix the issue immediately. The technician provided me his ETA and quickly called me when he finished his job early and was going to arrive to my house ahead earlier. He was able to inform me of the steps he will take to fix the issue. Young man was polite and very respectful and provided great customer service and will 100% recommend Safelite Autoglass.

  They arrived to my appointment without the parts necessary and had to reschedule for the following day. Then they tried charging me $100 more for the parts they forgot and I had trouble getting a hold of anyone to talk to about it. They eventually got it taken care of and adjusted the price back to normal, but having to be available for them two days and fight for my original price leaves me feeling like I didn't get the fast, professional service I expected from Safelite.
