  This being my second experience using Safelite, made me feel confident the work and skill set of the safelite employee would be just as good as the first experience. Boy was I wrong. The technician had major issues with my wipers as he had to remove them for the removal and new install. After taking some time he was able to remove them, and complete the work. I noticed both blades were not in the same position as they were when he started and pointed it out to the employee. He attempted to fix the driver's side first and I realized he was having major difficuly so I told him just leave it as is. After he left, I noticed debris left all over my driveway, where he was working, and I also noticed black greasy silicon smudges on the body of my truck and a greasy film on the windshield. He stated he tried to.clean the smudge from the windshield multiple times but couldn't remove the smudge, film. I finally said thank you and made the payment hoping for safelite to follow up when I responded to their request for a survey of the experience. Well they never did. In the future I will be looking for a new company for windshield repairs or installation.

  It took the Gardena store 4 visits to get the job done. 1. Two man job required by Safelite. Tech showed on last half hour of the 4 hour window. Only to leave because he was solo and could not perform the job. 2. Tech says he was by and called my cell at 830am. Straight up lied as my phone record shows one call at 930am along with a blank text. My wife was home and we have a ring camera he was never there. 3. Tech showed 20 minutes after the 4 hour window for service ended. The replacement windshield he brought had a crack. 4. Customer Service was told not to use the Gardena store because of the issues. Who showed up for the 4 attempt. You guessed it the Gardena store tech.

  I wouldn’t go with any other company. Safelite was the easiest process and they give exceptional customer service from beginning to end. The tech was very professional & quick! The price was reasonable considering the current state. It’s a lifetime warranty.
