  I had a great experience at Safelite AutoGlass in Gardena! Jason replaced and installed my window in about 30 minutes. He was quick, professional, and efficient. Afterward, he took the time to explain the installation process and the special type of glass my car required, which I really appreciated. I waited at the location while my car was being serviced. Although the waiting area is small, it was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water, coffee, and tea, as well as a few tables and vending machines. Overall, the entire process was easy and efficient. Thank you, Jason, for the excellent service!

  I recently had the windshield replaced on my 2007 Honda Odyssey at the Safelite Auto Glass in Gardena, CA, and they did an amazing job! There was a crack on my windshield that started off small, but with the constant vibrations caused by bumps, and potholes on our streets, it grew to half the size of the windshield in a week. My new windshield looks magnificent and so far I haven't had any issues. The technician was very courteous and professional during the whole process and explained how to care for the new windshield during the critical first week while the adhesive fully cures. He explained how to maintain the windshield to help prevent leaks, wind noise, and keep it looking like new. A special thanks to the office assistant who answered all my questions with professionalism, patience, and courtesy. Overall, I had a great experience at this location. I highly recommend that you call ahead or make an appointment online so that Safelite has enough time to have your windshield shipped to there office from there nearest warehouse, if they don't have it in stock at their location. Also, by booking on-line you can add discount codes to reduce the total cost of your repair or replacement windshield if it can't be repaired. Thanks again, I will definitely recommend your services to anyone that needs it!

  Safelite was recommended by wawanesa insurance whose staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and very detailed! Safelite is updated on text with their schedule, process and payment. Technician came on time, polite and finished the job in less time, excellent and very thorough job! Highly recommended!

  They broke my side molding during installation. Technician did not tell me this could be an issue before installation. He told me the car was safe to drive the way he left the molding, and it ended up flying off my car while driving, which could have caused an accident. I contacted customer service who was of no assistance. They said molding wasn't covered under warranty, but they are the ones who broke it. If the possibility of breaking the molding is something that they are familiar with, they should warn customers before installation.
