- TTTJun 9, 20261.0This Enterprise office does not answer the phone to assist with general questions or concerns. You literally have to drive to the store to ask a question or address a concern or extend rentals. That's unacceptable. I have never experienced not being able to contact an associate at the store/office to speak with someone at the front desk. You have to go there. Why??? Some issues can be addressed over the phone. This may be a start to limit congestion in the parking lot or lobby area. There needs to be some reorganization. The parking is ridiculously congested and overwhelming. It's extremely hard getting inside to return rentals. Customers are all over the place trying to find parking. I hope this review will bring improvement to these issues.

Every time I rent from the Gardena location, it takes close to an hour to actually get into my vehicle—even when I have a scheduled reservation. At most other Enterprise locations, I’m checked in, handed the keys, and on my way within 5–10 minutes. Here, I’m routinely left waiting with little explanation. What makes it even more frustrating is that the location appears to have plenty of vehicles on the lot and a full staff working, so it’s unclear why the process takes so long. I understand occasional delays happen, but when it’s every single visit, it points to a problem with how the branch is being managed. If your time is valuable and you need a quick, efficient rental experience, I would strongly recommend choosing another Enterprise location. Very disappointing.
