I wanted to confirm they got their payment , I’m not sure who I spoke to because the man did not state his name. But he was rude and completely disregarded the reason I called and just said you’re getting your deposit back. Sounds great, but that’s not what I asked. He hung up on me as I was talking. Just rude and ridiculous. I’ve been going here for years for my rentals , It’s unfortunate that they’re employees are just rude as hell.

It’s been a week and all I keep getting is the run around. I got one phone call back. He told me he contacted the credit department and I ain’t heard back. The over drew my account and they never refunded me my money back. I have now contacted my bank to dispute the charges. They are a complete ripoff

I forgot to check the trunk and I left my 2 year old grandson's birthday present in the car. I called back to check if anyone turned it in when they cleaned the car and I was told that no one found it. That's absolutely impossible it was in the trunk! I am very disappointed that someone decided to take my grandsons gift! First 5 star review: Kevin at the front counter greeted me with professionalism the minute I walked in the door. His kind service made an otherwise bad experience (leasing because my car is being repaired after a collision) easy and he took the effort to calm me down. He asked me how my day was going, I answered it could be better, and he quickly responded you woke up didn't you? That actually made my day! Great face for Enterprise! Also the car I rented is in pristine very clean condition.
