  DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR. I went here for a routine oil change before a road trip. Just to be safe, I checked under my hood before leaving for the drive. THEY LEFT MY CAR COMPLETELY EMPTY OF OIL AND COOLANT. Let that sink in. If I hadn’t checked, my engine would have blown up on the highway. This is absolute, pure negligence. The staff they have working here are a complete joke. The guy was entirely focused on trying to hustle me for upcharges, while the girl actually touching the car completely failed at the most basic parts of her job. It is completely unprofessional and downright dangerous. Management clearly isn't doing their job if they are letting people drive off the lot with empty engines. I paid money for stress and a near-catastrophe. I will NEVER use Valvoline again. If you value your vehicle and your safety, stay far away from this place. Sucks to hate a place you thought you'd love

  Everyone was very helpful! Jackie was very nice and answered all of my questions as I had several services done to my car which included transmission flush oil change steering wheel service radiator flush and filter replacement The service was very quick and done in a timely manner the whole thing taking only about 30 minutes to be completed. I also went to thank Phil and valentin who did a great job on my car. I Would definitely recommend this location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Amazing service! Bree (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was amazing, and so was the entire team. They helped inspect my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and were very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They also checked the mud flap on my car and adjusted it at no charge. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  The Service mechanic Valentine was very good with how he accomplished his tasks and accommodated my needs my skid plate was hanging on my zipties and he put new zipties on to make sure the skid plate was on. Modesto and Jackie were very honest and showed me everything I needed done with the car and gave me a list and accommodated my desires with top tier customer service and a very pleasant attitude ! Will be coming back again! If you like being valued and taken care of and not looked at as $$ but a human being your business here! They go above and beyond.

  I had a great experience during my recent oil change service. A big thank you to Roberto for taking the time to walk me through the available promotions and offers, as well as explaining a few potential issues my vehicle may be experiencing. He was knowledgeable, honest, and informative without ever being pushy, which I really appreciated. He simply provided the information and gave me the option to decide what was best for my vehicle. I'd also like to recognize Alex and Eric, the technicians who worked on my car, for their professionalism and quality service. The entire team was friendly, transparent, and efficient, making the experience smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend this location.
