  Horrible sales team! After my mother purchased her car they did not disclose that we only get one key. The sales person also said he would fill up her car full of gas and he said after that was a mistake and it was only for new cars. Always ask if they have two keys for the car! They wouldn’t even go on the sales persons word and just said that it’s because the new sales people are incompetent. I can’t believe that was the managers excuse. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. They want 700 dollars for a new key.

  Very disappointing experience at Toyota Place. The overall customer service was really poor and unprofessional. The person who first greeted us had a very rude attitude and made us feel unwelcome from the beginning. Most of the staff seemed negative and uninterested in helping customers. The only person who actually tried to help and acted professionally was the General Manager, and I appreciate his effort. But besides that, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and not customer-friendly at all. Definitely not the experience I expected from a dealership.

  Dre off the bat was very professional and polite of everything from beginning to end of purchasing my new Camry. Very helpful for, he deserves a raise. His supervisor was also helpful. Juan on finalizing the paperwork was also very good at his job. The only thing negative I have to say is that waiting can be too long when vehicle is being serviced and there should be paper towels just in case people are not comfortable with just the air dryer.

  I wont buy another vehicle here... bad service experience Mechanic left screen stuck on am radio and I couldn't get it to switch back after about a half hour of attempting to myself with guides and ai. I called back and was told it was too complex to do over the phone and had to drive back. Situation was remedied and I was told the issue was the service team member didn't know the proper way to reset some things and the way he had been doing it caused the issue because he wasnt aware he could reset the car through the head unit (I know this from just reading the manual) if the tech fixing my car isnt aware of that and I am, and im not a mechanic should i trust my car with them?

  Having the hope of starting a new car shouldn't be a problem, should it? I bought a car "of the year, the best-selling and reliable..." Three days after purchase, the car breaks down. The preliminary report, "apparently an anti-theft alarm. Now they tell me they don't know what happened and need to call Toyota (the same Toyotas) to see if it has happened to anyone else so they can help me solve the problem. A new car with multiple error codes 3 days after buying it. The car was parked fortunately. What would have happened if those locking sensors had been activated on the highway? A fatal accident? What safety does Toyota offer? They can offer you services, guarantees and accessories by inflating car prices, but I think they are forgetting the most important thing: SAFETY, STRENGTHY AND TRUST. How safe will I be driving a car that 3 days after purchase with only 113 miles has those flaws? I don't want this car for my own safety and for others.
