    I went back even though I said I wouldn’t (they are the closest Toyota service to me). Still don’t understand why they make appointments but then let anyone else come at the same time. I arrived at 6:54 for my 7am appt. I was the very first car in line. At 7:17 an advisor finally made it out to me (if you open at 7, why does it take almost 20 minutes to come out?). Vicente was great though. When we went to the office for the paperwork I noticed an advisor meeting with another person and at least 3 people waiting in the wait room. What the heck?! I was the first in line, where did these people come from? I still don’t understand their system, but this time I didn’t wait 3 hours for my car. I drove out of there at 8:17. I don’t know if it was because of Vicente or being one of the first ones there but this time was not as frustrating and aggravating as the last.

    If I could give this place a zero, I would absolutely worst communication I’ve ever seen in my life. I went two times Just because two advisors didn’t get their things straight. One said it was no charge. One said it was a 210 charge then I go waste two hours for something they can’t even do turns out what I needed to be done to my car it wasn’t even offered anymore. if it was discontinued. Why didn’t they advise me before I even went to the appointment and wasted my time it was absolutely horrible. I just wish that for the next customer they have that they can communicate better

    Karina was my sales associate, and she went above and beyond to make sure my Rav4 purchase went smoothly. I traveled from out of town to test drive and buy the vehicle, and she made sure it was still reserved for me when I arrived. The whole buying process (cash offer) went seamlessly. My only suggestion would be for the financial process to be electronic and not old school paper based!!. I never received an electronic copy of all signed paperwork which I had to manually scan for my own records.

    I brought my Toyota Place of Garden Grove for its regular maintenance service. I arrived early at 6:45 AM before the service department opened at 7:00 AM. I was checked in around 7:05AM, and I specifically told my service advisor that the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) was showing a malfunction warning on the dashboard. He assured me that he would make a note of the issue and have it looked at. After waiting about an hour and a half, around 8:30 AM, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. However, when I started the car, the TPMS malfunction warning was still on. It was obvious that the issue I had reported had not been addressed. I had to go back to the service advisor, and I ended up waiting another almost 2hrs while they worked on the vehicle again. This was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the concern I clearly reported had been checked before telling me the car was ready. I understand there's a lot of car to have it serviced but feels like they are not listening carefully to us and want to move on to the next guest. I understand that repairs can sometimes take longer than expected, but returning a vehicle without addressing the customer’s reported concern is simply not acceptable. Another issue I was charged for replacing tire sensors even though my vehicle is only 13 months old and is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. That should have been verified before asking me to pay, and it added to an already frustrating experience. I’m sorry, but I felt it was important to address this issue. I genuinely like this dealership and have had positive experiences here, which is why I wanted to share my feedback. This situation could have been avoided with better communication and attention to the concern I reported. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.     BEWARE OF SERVICES NOT ACTUALLY DONE! Been going here for years and have small issues here and there. The more significant ones....Double charge me for same work-I complained and they refunded me. Had warranty work on my car, then they asked to me go back because they are missing replacement par-I went back and my car was just parked outside for like 15 minutes and they didn't do anything and told me it was done. Curious one time why repair was not expensive and learned later replacement part was not OEM but they didn't mention that. Recently, had Toyota care service done(no oil change) and car was in shop for about 10 minutes and they claimed they did all the required "comprehensive inspection" and checked off everything. They also indicated I refused spare tire pressure check which I did not. They also claimed tire on one side rotated but my tires are dirty and not even a smudge on my tire which is impossible if they handled it. They also indicated I was aware only one side was rotated but they actually never told me. My car however was waiting for me outside for like 1 hr even after I asked cashier and service advisor at the 40th minute and they just told me to just wait for paperworks. Wonder how many services I paid for before was actually done?
