Sherry at Enterprise provides the best service! Cheerful, kind, efficient and knowledgeable, she’s helped me get the perfect car for my last 2trips to the Bay Area, picked me up from my home and made the entire rental process fast and fun. This location is ideal, easy to find, central to everything, My most recent rental was a Hyundai Elantra, a car I would never have selected. Big and boat-like, it turned out to be ideal vehicle for an 8-hour drive to San Francisco and Oakland, comfortable, fast, spotlessly clean, great sound system, and got 34-43 mph. Thank you Sherry and Enterprise.

I got a vehicle that ended up getting a flat tire. I called this location to ask what to do and they said I can switch it out to any location. Waited over an hour for a spare tire. Apparently, I can’t just go to any location because all of them say the same thing “we only have mini vans and trucks.” I’ve called two Whittier locations, pico Rivera, Huntington Beach, and then this garden grove which is the primary place I started my reservation with. The pico Rivera enterprise told me to go back to garden grove to get vehicles bc they have in stock. I have returned this vehicle at a random location and made a new one with another rental company. If I’m calling 4+ locations asking if they have availability to switch it out then there’s clearly a customer service gap. I’m beyond disappointed with my experience with enterprise and will no longer do business with them. This location on one call said they had SUV’s but I called again to confirm and if they save me one for the next morning due to popped tire and they said “we don’t have anything. I have 7 people in front of me.” Just know if your vehicle breaks down, enterprise will not switch you out.

Satellite location. Great for local car rentals. Offers better pricing than airport pickup. Friendly staff. Note: Reserve ahead of time. Limited inventory kept on site.
