  Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Josh, the manager at the Garden Grove Enterprise, made sure we were taken care of personally. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious he runs a tight ship. His crew was already Johnny-on-the-spot giving our rental a final cleaning and getting everything ready before handing over the keys. It's refreshing to see a team that works together that well. We rented a 12-passenger Ford Transit XLT for a family trip to Yosemite, and it exceeded every expectation. The van was immaculate, inside and out, and the XLT package made it feel much nicer than I expected from a rental. My Android phone paired instantly, everything worked exactly as it should, and the van was quiet and comfortable on the road. The biggest surprise was how well it drove. Even with 11 adults on board, it never felt underpowered or difficult to handle. Everyone had plenty of room, the ride was smooth the entire way to Yosemite, and the miles just disappeared. Orange County all the way to Yosemite! Pickup was fast, returning it was just as easy, and the entire transaction couldn't have gone more smoothly. Great equipment. Great people. That's what makes the difference. If you've been looking for an excuse to get the whole family together, rent a van and hit the road. We made memories that wouldn't have happened if everyone had driven separately. And if you're renting, I'd stick with the name you know. Josh and the team at the Garden Grove Enterprise have definitely earned my business again.
