  Several employees here don't like stock checking. On several occasions their inventory shows they have an item in their store but the employees don't like looking for them unless it's right in front of them. They tend to stock check with the store on Nelson St who somehow always has the parts despite being a much smaller store.

  Far from Great is right, thanks Google maps that’s literally from under your five star rating selection far from Great when I picked number one. Literally all I came here to do was scan my engine code and get a print out and leave. Tell me why it took me 10 minutes just to get the scanner and then I brought it back five minutes later and literally the whole line filled up and one of the associates told me to ask one of the two associates that were both helping One Customer, so when they finished with the Customer 1 walked away and I asked the other one if he could do a printout real quick and that the other guy told me to ask them, and he said that it doesn’t take that long and obviously a sale transaction takes longer. The guy refused to do it and I literally just spent 30 minutes at AutoZone and only got to scan my engine and the rest of the time waiting. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at AutoZone. Definitely I would recommend to go to one down the street instead of this one they don’t know how to handle high volume and they get high volume all the time, need I say anymore. Smh that’s what ended up happening, I just gave him back the scanner after waiting 30 minutes and not even being able to get a print out and told them it’s faster if I just go to the AutoZone or O’Reilly around the corner seriously I waited 30 minutes here for nothing thanks a lot.. crazy what these young kids think is Customer Service nowadays and I’m not even that old but seriously bro that’s crazy
