  Great experience!! Fast and efficient! I requested to get additional things checked and even with the add ons the price was not bad. They do have Veteran discounts and coupons on their website, so that helped. Overall I am very pleased with their services and kindness. Devin was helpful, understanding, and caring of his customers. The other technicians were also very friendly and did a great job as well! Thank you!

  I been going here for years and never had a promblem with this place in tell i meet Jonathan he told me my transmission was over due for transmission sevices and that i will destroy my transmission if I don't get it service and he will get me $20 so i had it done when i came home some oil was leaking so i waited a week and it was still leaking and now it was barly on the dip stick so i took it back and he said he never change the the filter and never took the pan off they just sucked up food from the top and added new transmission fluid in my car has 148,000 miles and i just had the motor replaced 4,000 miles so if i knew he wasnt changing the filter i would have never spend $245.00 on a service, that wasn't performed right and now. My car is leaking transmission fluid from the motor to the transmission. Because it blew out a gasket when they clam the new transmission oil in the transmission. So now I gotta get it fixed. And this is a big headache, and trusted these guys. Also, when we were explaining this to the manager, he was just had a funny face.Looking at a smiling, you guys should do better.I'm never going back there again

  Hi, I am writing this review because Devin was very helpful in providing all the information about my car and made this process super easy. On top of that the oil change was fast and easy. Just in and out. Would definitely recommend to come here and get your oil changed.

  I had a great experience getting my oil changed! Tim was absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the service was done quickly and correctly. It’s always nice to receive great customer service, and Tim definitely went above and beyond. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place, especially if Tim is there!

  All of the employees that work at this location on IMPERIAL highway and HARBOR boulevard are incredible! Great customer service. Amazing teamwork, they get you in and out. They don't try to upsell like crazy, but they tell you what you need. Every visit that I have at this location is consistent, and that's why I keep coming back. This time...Manny helped me with my Oil Change and I talked to a couple of the other employees while I was waiting and they are also kind and friendly here! There are oil change locations everywhere, but I'll drive by them to come here, because of the customer service and POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE any day!
