  Brian was very attentive. Made sure to get me pics and a video of the truck I was interested in right away! Definitely very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Got me into my new work truck! Thanks again Brian

  Avoid service department. They are no longer Veteran owned and it is apparent they no longer hold high values of their employees. The service advisor lied to me (and eventually admitted it), the service manager backed the lie (even after the advisor admitted fault) and called me a liar and was condescending, and the GM will not schedule a meeting and does his bidding via his secretary. Secretary was very nice, but she told me she lacked any authority to hold the service manager and advisor accountable. Why waste your time with liars when you can go to another Ford dealer not very far away and get great service.

  This review is only based on one specific issue related to new ownership. Stolen Valor - The owner of Fullerton Ford is NOT a veteran as advertised on signs & mural that states, "A Proud Veteran Owned Dealership, "& "Vet Owned," and on multiple websites. An updated Fullerton Ford website states, "As A Veteran Owned Dealership." This statement should have been removed under new ownership. Using the "Veteran" status after the veteran died to sell cars is deceptive & is considered "stolen valor." It has NOT been owned by a veteran for almost three years as that true veteran is no longer alive. The veteran designation ended with the death of owner. If the new owner is not a veteran, labeling the company as "veteran-owned" is illegal. Purposely misrepresenting a business's veteran status is considered fraud and is punishable under federal and state "Stolen Valor" laws. Where is your Veteran Business Certification? You are using stolen valor to cash in on customers who may choose you based on you posting as a veteran owned dealership. Using this designation is disrespectful & offensive to true veterans who are being celebrated this Memorial Day for their significant sacrifices, & to those who lost family members who were in the armed forces. You state on your website that you have a reputation to uphold yet you are using stolen valor to lure in customers who may choose you based on the dealership's veteran status. A woman who bought a car there states on a review "buying from a veteran owned business was a bonus!" Maybe you could set her straight on this deception. Please Stop this deliberate act of purposely deceiving the public that you are veteran owned when you are not.

  Horrible communication! I was in daily communication with two of their employees waiting for a truck to be released from a recall before it could be sold. They gave me a date when it would be available and days prior to that I checked in on paperwork only to find out the truck had been sold. When I ask how was it able to sell prior to the date I was given he couldn’t provide an answer. Left a message with a manager and didn’t get a return call. Not a dealership I’d recommend buying from if you expect professional service or expect to rely on their words.

  After dealing with 2 other Ford Dealerships and them not being able to resolve issues with my brakes, I was helped by Cesar Kim of the Fullerton Ford Service Department and he remedied everything. From his customer service, to the better pricing for the service, to the help with the rental car and how fast my car was fixed. I had a great experience and am now a forever customer.
