Once you have something go wrong there is no solution other than to buy another new unit. If you the buyer go to any of the retailers who sell these products anyone can install them for you. If you want to fix the cover they just put on. Better luck contacting the manufacturer, which you should have done in the first place! Nice and features good, but without complete function.
