  Love using Enterprise for my auto rental needs. The people are always friendly and professional. The cars are washed and vacuumed before pickup. Their website makes it easy to compare vehicle rates. Thanks Sam Kimm and McKenna for your help!

  The staff at Fullerton Enterprise helped me a great deal during my recent visit. I was picking up my rental on a busy Friday afternoon in the summer, the day before our big family road trip, when I realized that I'd reserved too small a vehicle. The two staff members I initially asked for help (both of them new!) did a great job helping me understand my options, and they were calm and professional the whole time. They connected me with a senior, whose name I think was Leo, who spent more than an hour calling around to other busy Enterprise locations asking if they had a vehicle that'd fit my needs, and he did it all while juggling other customers' needs and supporting his coworkers. When he found the car I needed it was a huge relief, and a seamless transition as I swapped the car I had originally rented for this new one. No one owed me any of this help, and I'm still a little in awe at the level of patience and generosity the kind folks offered me that day.

  The staff were very helpful from the beginning. Satisfied with the car we got and the gentleman we showed us the car was very professional. We returned the car with no fuss, so far(it's been 5 days).

  To whom it may concern: I enjoyed my experience with Enterprise I was treated very amazingly by all the employees I delt with. During my returning of the vehicle with a clearance check out. The gentleman were very, friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for us. The driver that brought us home he was very professional, polite and friendly. I will definitely come back to enterprise to rent my cars. I will also recommend family and friends. I would like both of the gentleman to be recognized for there very hard work that they both took al lot of pride in. Thank you

  We rented a hybrid van. Staff were professional and handled a very pressured line of customers well. Upon returning the car, I was please to hear the alarm warning when a camera spotted us returning the van. Downtown Fullerton has come around. This was a nice touch of assurance.
