  I had a great experience picking up my vehicle with Anthony. He was friendly, helpful, and made the pickup process smooth. Unfortunately, my experience when returning the vehicle was completely different. I mentioned that the car felt shaky and also explained that I had been pulled over for not having a front license plate. I was told that the state allows you to drive without a front plate and that the service team would be notified to check the vehicle and perform an alignment if needed. What really disappointed me was how I felt treated when I returned the vehicle. I felt dismissed, and there didn't seem to be much concern about the issues I was bringing up. I also wasn't offered any real explanation or resolution. Anthony was great, but unfortunately, the return experience left a lot to be desired. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers should feel heard and respected throughout the entire process, not just when picking up their vehicle.

  Had the most pleasant car rental experience here. Rachel and McKenna were so friendly and helpful! I’ve been renting regularly over the past decades and I was surprised how much of a great experience going here was. Two thumbs up!
