  Michael and Melvin. The patience they showed me was great. They answered all questions and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will be back to this location because they still understand the importance of customer service. PS enjoyed the NFL talk with Joey.

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for a long time, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re usually pretty busy, but the team does a great job of keeping things organized and moving efficiently without making you feel rushed. Joey, the manager, is always welcoming and makes a point to introduce himself, and the rest of the staff has always been friendly, professional, and respectful. I really appreciate the consistency and the level of customer service they provide. I know I can come here, get what I need taken care of, and leave without having to worry about anything. That kind of service is why I continue to come back.

  Great service! AM John runs a tight ship, everything moved smoothly. Maximiliano did my 15 min oil change and a very short wait for the line. Didn't offer anything I didn't need but made sure to go over everything and what I might need next visit. I love that I don't have to leave my car. Frequent return customer.

  Joey and his team were extraordinary. They remained communicative throughout the entire process, which is a huge plus to me as a GR Supra owner. I have preferences for other oil brands due to the oil burning issue that the Toyota-tuned B58 engine is known for, but wanted to give Valvoline’s European Synthetic brand a try, as I expect to be pretty mild on the car for the next 3k miles or less. (Yes, audience, the moment you exceed 4k miles, you do cause damage to your vehicle by upholding to Mercedes recommended 10k mile oil change. Wonder why you don’t see their later year vehicles physically on the road?!) The process of going line by line of cars was a bit. Even if they promise 15-minutes, which they do meet, be prepared to wait a total of an hour if you’re 4th in line. (Math, the more you know.) I was able to take care of a good amount of work in that time. But in today’s 99 degree fall season temperature, when the car was off within the garage for them to work, it did heat up and cause my iPhone’s performance to drop. Nonetheless it was an overall positive experience at a $187 oil change. I expect to complete these by myself at home with Toyota’s European synthetic brand, but until then and for those who don’t have garage access, this is a great place to go to (which completely blows their ‘yellow’-bellied competition out of the water!)

  I went to have my oil changed today the first time I’ve been to the one on Blackstone very polite very fast very clean. Everything went perfect. The manager really helped me out and I wanna let everyone know that you should go to the oil change on Blackstone Valvoline shop I would recommend the shop to everybody in town In Fresno. My car is running smooth. They show you everything that needs to be done. I had a bad week for this made me so much Grateful they are a great working team.
