  I do not know what is going on with this location.But they are going down the drain. I don't want speak about past experiences because it's irrelevant But I will speak about my most recent. I was waiting outside the garage from almost twenty five minutes a caucasian gentleman in a subaru came into the left side of me... That lane cleared out. And instead of the gentleman telling him to back up into escort me in, they literally, let him pull in, they started doing his oil change while i'm still waiting outside the garage of course his old change was complete.Before mines. The location in clovis, they acknowledge who was there first, and they will rearrange the vehicles.This location does not there was only one vehicle behind him.So they could have removed him with no problem. I was literally there for forty five minutes to do a oil change only, and I could have been done in twenty minutes.If they would have acknowledged me being there first. I only give it a three stars because most of the guys are nice. And one of the managers, I think is very cool. I will continue to go to the Clovis location. Fyi i'm not the only one that has had issues. Two of my friends have as well, but we're talking about repair, not just a simple.They're waiting longer for an oil change.

  Brandon was the best! He was super sweet and got the job done and made sure we had everything we needed for our car. Then Joey came over before we left to check everything out and made sure we were okay. I definitely recommend because not only was there good attitudes but they checked literally everything like our lights, windshield wipers, and tire pressure. 100/10 and definitely don’t overcharge and are very professional.

  I’ve been going to this location over three years, and had my radiator flushed, transmission fluid and oil changed. The employees there are knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely kind. Even when they are busy and have a long line, they are extremely throughly and take their time and answer your questions. They always check all your fluids and lights to ensure you’re ready to safely hit the road. I trust their advice and never feel pressured to pay for any additional services, unless I ask. Thanks again, and looking forward to my next service in a couple of months! I highly recommend this place, if you’re needing service for your vehicle!

  I usually go this is shop and they are always on top of things. But this time they were trying to do too many cars at one time. They didn’t check my tire pressure or top off the fluids. I know this because my windshield washer fluid was empty and they did not replenish it, thankfully it was not something I needed in my car. They had several employees working on one car with zero communication between each other.
