  What a great experience! I drove in about 30 minutes before closing. I felt bad For cutting it so close to closing time. When I arrived, there were several cars that needed to be helped. So I honestly was expecting to be maybe turned away. But these gentlemen flew through these cars and treated us so nicely! Jason and his team were so pleasant!! Thank you so much! I will be back

  I had a great experience and really appreciate the help I received from both Joey and Max. Joey, the manager, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. Max, the technician, was knowledgeable, patient, and did an excellent job. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and left feeling satisfied. Thank you, Joey and Max, for your great customer service and for making the whole experience so much easier! I truly appreciate you both and would definitely recommend them.

  Ima be honest this is one of the best oil change next to me i tried alot but this one is the best The peoples names that worked on my car was max and jason with amazing customer service😎. they told me about other issues with my car unfortunately i couldn’t do the other stuff because the amount of time i had but i would definitely recommend this place.

  For a place that advertises 15 minute oil changes it took over double that to get my serviced once inside the building. My biggest gripe is pricing. I called and the AI bot mentioned that an oil change would be around $80 but when you go in person, they were going to charge me $120 before any coupons. Next time I’m going to Good Guys. They’re cheaper and do free tire rotation (this place charges $40 for that service).

  The manager Joey, Jason, & Jonathan were phenomenal. As a woman who knows little to nothing regarding cars they made my experience at Valvoline delightful explaining everything in detail. Even provided me with a discount to ensure I was able to get multiple services done in one visit versus putting it off until the next time. For this reason is why I am a loyal long time customer of Valvoline & this specific location.
