Brittany who was working Tuesday night was extremely rude and is a horrible customer service rep. I am an executive member who rents every week from this location, and i spend about one thousand per month with this national. When i asked about getting a different car other than a minivan, since i specifically booked an SUV, she threatened by saying no you can either take this or i’ll just void your rental. I took it and then spoke to the guy at the exit gate (he is always great and he is the reason why i am not giving a flat 1 star review). He called his manager and they got me into an suv.. But Brittany should be terminated for the way she treats customers. Absolutely no respect and very rude.

A great location with Emerald Aisle service. Not open 24 hours. But prompt email of receipt when they open.

I cannot even begin to explain how absolutely amazing the National team at the Fresno Airport was. My keys got lost, they were found, there was a towing thing. I mean everything that could have gone wrong. But they communicated so efficiently and the issues were resolved with a couple of days. They were polite and kind to me the whole way through. Highly recommended .. can’t say thank you enough
