  I rent from National almost weekly for work and always have a great experience. From the friendly associates to the clean cars and availability, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I have even gotten to know some associates by name like my favorite Boston Logan associate, Tamira!

  I was told on my last rental visit in San Diego that as an Emerald Club member I could go straight to the lot to get a car without checking in at the counter. That alone made it really easy. Staff when I left and returned were very friendly. One of many extremely satisfactory experiences with National over the last 5 years. Thanks!

  There were ZERO cars available when we arrived at FAT and we had reservations months ahead. Shared attendant with Enterprise. Great attendant and check out process. They flagged us down as we were wondering around uncertain what to do with zero cars and apparently only 1 or 2 staff on hand to help both companies. Not a great experience at this location.

  Pick up and drop off work. Super easy and very quick. We had the car for about a week, drove from Fresno airport to John Muir Lodge in Kings Canyon stayed there for several days. Drove back to Fresno then up to Yosemite where we also stayed a few days and then back to Fresno to drop it off. Little bit of additional driving outside of those longer trips. We got a Hyundai Sonata hybrid which was fun to drive and very gas efficient. I think we used about 7 and 1/2 gallons worth of gas, the entire trip.
