  Muy buen trabajo. Las personas que trabajan allí brindan una excelente atención; son muy profesionales y realmente saben lo que hacen. Y ni hablar del servicio al cliente: es de lo mejor. Marcos, Alex, Noe y Sean siempre fueron muy amables, atentos y profesionales. ¡Totalmente recomendados!

  We were originally going to Valvoline but they were busy and we were in a hurry. We remember seeing the guys waving the marketing signs, so we decided to give this place a try, when we pulled up, we let the guy know we were in a hurry and he said I got you. We timed it and got out within 11 minutes! Definitely coming back again!

  Updating my review. Ultimately the service I’ve received has been excellent. While I did run into some issues, when they were brought up to management they were swiftly addressed, which is much appreciated. The work was done well and efficiently and at a reasonable price.

  I honestly hate that I even have to write this review, but my experience with Grease Monkey was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and I was told that they topped off my coolant. Before bringing my vehicle there, it was running perfectly fine and I had no overheating issues. Shortly after leaving Grease Monkey, my vehicle began overheating because there was no coolant in it. They were the last ones to service and handle my vehicle before this happened. After the overheating issue, I began having much more serious problems with my vehicle. I am now dealing with oil getting into the coolant, and I have been told that this may indicate a blown head gasket. This has turned what should have been a routine oil change into a potentially very expensive repair. I contacted Grease Monkey to explain what happened and give them an opportunity to address the situation. Unfortunately, they told me they would not pay for the damages and said they were not at fault. What is extremely frustrating is that my vehicle was running perfectly fine before their service, and the overheating happened immediately afterward after they had told me they topped off the coolant. I understand that mechanical problems can happen, but what I expected was for Grease Monkey to take my concerns seriously and at least investigate what happened. But due to it now being the head gasket they said it was a 17+ hour job and will not fix it. Instead, I was essentially left to deal with the consequences and potential repair costs on my own. I would strongly recommend that anyone using this location check their vehicle and all fluid levels carefully before leaving. I personally will not be returning to Grease Monkey after this experience.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Grease Monkey! I came in for an oil change on our busy Sunday, and I was so impressed with how incredibly fast and efficient the service was. Steve was the one who helped me, and he was wonderful! He was super friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy, pleasant and got me taken care of incredibly quickly. It’s not often you find that combination of great customer service and speedy work, especially on a busy weekend. Steve definitely deserves recognition for making my visit such a great experience! I’ll absolutely be coming back to Grease Monkey and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, friendly, and reliable service. Thank you, Steve!
