  This is the first time I've seen a rating for a very high commercial site, but when I finished my visit, it became clear to me the reason for this special evaluation. From the beginning of the entry to the end of my high-professional reception and dealing visit, and the result is that I include my voice and put a high rating that corresponds to the level of the visit. However, my personal opinion is that it is possible to add a sixth star to distinguished sites like yours. Thank you very much for your professionalism and excellence in working and dealing with customers. I highly recommend everyone in Fresno to give them a try, and you can see the results for yourself.

  After spending years trying to pass the smog on my Benz it was failed because of a visual inspection. I left very unhappy because all the codes said pass. But because the manager Steve called me and delivered some of the best customer service both this time and the time before do i give them a 5 star. Mr Steve both times seen how I may have been distraught leaving there and called to see what they could do to make my visit better, Great follow up and I will continue to use their services as I have 3 vehicles. I just wish they would offer the Veterans discount as Sunny Skyes did.

  Steve is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Him and all of the other staff at Grease Monkey go above and beyond everytime making sure all of our car needs are met. I love the transparency of being able to see the work being done and the complimentary snacks and drinks is just a bonus.

  Sean was very helpful, fast and knowledgeable explained what I needed done to my vehicle. Gabriel was great as well highly recommend coming here for an oil change. A plus for me was they are open later and I was able to come for a much needed oil change after work. Thank you.

  Staff were super friendly! Everyone welcomed me as soon as I walked out my car. Wait wasn’t long I got here just at 4pm and was in n out but even if I had to wait, I wouldn’t mind cause they got AC and even have free snacks while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Coke Zero !! I was like okay they taking care of me today lol. Matt got me in and was very helpful and took all my information with ease. Answered any questions I had. I definitely recommend this place for your automotive service.
