The staff was understanding, attentive, and friendly even with the somewhat irrational requests and changes. The car was only a few months old and worked great for what we needed. - LYLanie YeeJun 8, 20261.0I’ve rented cars many times while traveling and have never had any issues before. However, I was very disappointed with the vehicle Enterprise initially provided. The tires appeared to be spare (donut) tires, and I did not feel safe driving the car with my family. The employee who assisted us offered an upgrade, but it would have cost an additional $70. I was not happy with that solution, as I expected to be given another mid-sized vehicle rather than having to pay extra for a car that I felt was safe and suitable to drive. Because of this experience, I will not rent from Enterprise again and cannot recommend the company based on my experience.
