  I'd give them a zero if I could. First and last time using this company. After paying for the rental, securing a deposit, and leaving the lot they denied my license for having a pice of tape over a crack. The same license that travels through airports and federal facilities for the last 5 years! Manager isn't willing to speak with me either as they apparently are too busy to address this issue. Now I get to try and recover my funds while and have a late customer site visit to deal with. Never used them before, I wont be using them again!

  Second time renting from enterprise that’s located at the airport. Rey was an amazing help, he was friendly and welcoming. He made sure the vehicle we needed was spacious. Also great help is Nary, she helped and guided our family through the process of filling out the form and making sure we are taking care of.

  Enterprise at the Bakersfield and Fresno location have scammers working for them. They just handed me the vehicle and did not do a walk around with me and then tried to charge me for scratches/dents and gas that I should not have been charged. Thankfully I took pictures.

  Savanna provided excellent customer service and was very friendly during vehicle pickup. Although the lot was busy, Rey assisted me right away after I parked. I mentioned a minor issue with the vehicle, and he addressed it promptly while maintaining great customer service throughout.

  I have rented from Enterprise for years, employees are friendly but do not give accurate “add on pricing”. I usually don’t pay ahead for fuel because I can refuel on my own no problem. When I saw the refuel price, knowing California is expensive, I decided to do it when he said it would be “up to $88” (I am thinking it was based on what I used and the maximum would be $88). It added an extra $100 to my original price. Then the next day I get an alert about another $21.17 charge to my card - I immediately called Enterprise and they told me that was taxes. So, I paid $121.17 extra to save money and time filing the tank. Car only holds 16 gallons, even if I brought it back completely empty would it cost $88.48 (using their posted price). Moral of the story - you don’t save on the pre pay AND you can’t trust what the employee tells you. Do better Enterprise
