  When we arrived to pick up the car they did not have the car we had requested. Avery gave us additional options that worked out better than what we originally had in mind. She was great, described the cars options and made the transition easy. Ashley gave us a discount! Both were very friendly and helpful. In a short time we were on our way for an amazing vacation.

  Great experience at the Enterprise location at Fresno Yosemite Airport. Pavel helped us when we picked up and returned our rental and he was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make certain we were satisfied.

  I don’t usually look at my credit card statement too closely but I’m glad I did because they charged me a refueling fee despite the fact that I returned the car full. Fortunately, I took a picture at drop off. The girl even got in the car and said everything was good. I called and complained and they removed it but just wondering how many people they do this to who don’t notice.

  I have just used enterprise at PIT las week. Very friendly and efficient. I now have to work in Fresno and I am at FAT and the counter guy is so slow. Then I am next in line and he tells me he is going to lunch and I have to get in the Alamo line. I have now been waiting for at least 25 mins and I still haven't gotten to the counter yet. at PIT I was in and out of there. The service was very fast at PIT. Maybe they could train these people.

  Waited in line an hour to pick up my car - six people in front of me. The gentleman at the desk was nice but working by himself. No other rental car desks had lines. Despite having my credit card and drivers license uploaded into the app I was told outside at the car pickup that I had to go back inside and wait in line so they could get that same info - and for whatever reason she couldn’t just do it outside on the iPad get me in a car and go. Felt like I was being punked and not sure how a major company operates this way. The car was at least nice and I met some nice people in line.
