  My first time renting with enterprise car , they canceled on two of my reservations on the third time. The company said that they had to find the car for me.. The one they found was not the one that I rented twice second of all when I went to go pick it up they charged me more than what the guys on the phone told me it was gonna be and then third it was filthy and didn’t wash the car it was like less than a quarter tank of gas in there and the inside was dirty

  I always use Enterprise and have had little to no bad experiences. The bad experience I’ve had in the past is a smelly car, But it did not defeat its purpose. They always work well with me and I always make Enterprise my first choice when renting a car.

  I do not recommend this business. My experience was unprofessional and very disappointing. The employee working the front desk on July 15 between approximately 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. was rude and unprofessional. We had already made a reservation for a 15-passenger van and stopped by in person because we simply wanted to see the vehicle before deciding whether to move forward with the rental. They couldn’t give us a straight answer about which van we would actually be receiving, and they refused to let us view the condition of any of the vans. As customers, it’s reasonable to want to inspect the vehicle before committing to a rental, especially for a large passenger van. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.
