  Joe and Avery were absolutely amazing. They helped me get into the right vehicle and ensured that I was 100% satisfied …. I am especially grateful since we were just involved in a major accident and needed a vehicle quickly. I can’t thank them enough for their warm hospitality. Thank you!

  Everyone was so kind and patient! I wish I remembered the girl’s name that helped me! Everything was set up from start to finish. And it was very kind of them to help me even after. Shout out to Michael Estrada (so sorry if that’s not his last name)! He was such a nice person! Definitely felt like he was a regular person and not a fake customer service bot person! Overall, everyone here is really nice and helpful. I don’t understand why they have only three stars! Nonetheless, people like to complain about everything even when it’s their decision to write a specific car, or not set up their appointments correctly, etc.. They end up not liking it, which is so wrong with them to come on here and give the place and the people a bad rating. Alway, they’re great! The person that checked me in, her manager, Anthony, and also probably the most helpful person: Michael! Wish I knew this rental car center was here rather than always having to go to the stupid airport!

  Needed a truck and this Enterprise location made the process easy. I already had a reservation, and from the moment I walked in, everything moved quickly. The staff was friendly, professional, and had the truck ready to go. I appreciated that they took the time to do a full walk-around inspection on a tablet before I left. It gave me peace of mind knowing any existing marks or damage were documented upfront. The location is convenient, right on Blackstone, and they even carry a few moving essentials in case you forget straps or other items for your rental. My only suggestion would be to add some background music in the lobby. The service was great, but it was so quiet in there that it made the wait feel longer than it actually was. Overall, a smooth rental experience, great customer service, and I’d definitely rent from this location again.
