  This process could not have been any easier or fulfilling. I’ve never bought something from someone (big or small) where I felt like they actually cared about me and what I needed/wanted. Desiree everything you did exceeded my expectations. Not just about the car but the whole journey in general. You made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, listened to my setbacks in life and yet still reassured me that I will not walk away with something that doesn’t fit me or my needs. The extra laughs and candy were a perk too. 😉 “she treated me like a real person and showed such compassion. I will never get a car from anyone else the rest of my life!” I was talking to my aunt about my new car, but was talking about you more than the vehicle itself 😂 That’s the kind of service that has people coming back! To the whole Enterprise team, you guys are very lucky to have an employee who genuinely loves what she does and cares for the people she’s helping. I will be sending everyone your way! I’m just over the moon!

  I have been purchasing my vehicles for several years from Fresno Enterprise Car Sales and I have always been a satisfied customer. A few days ago I went into the office and spoke to one of the salesman, because I was interested in a particular vehicle, I had test drove the vehicle, but what I had noticed is that there was a large hole in the carpet on the driver’s side. I didn’t notice it until I had removed the paper floormat. The salesman had told me that he would send it in to have it repaired when the entire carpet needed to be replaced. When I went into his office I had showed him my pre approval letter from my credit union, so he said that he wanted me to sign a few forms, it didn’t dawn on me until later, he had me sign a car loan contract from Chase Bank at an annual percentage rate of 11.84, which means that he ran my credit report without my permission. He wanted me to take the vehicle, but I didn’t have any intentions of purchasing the vehicle that day, because I was already in a rental vehicle, he had told me to take the keys anyway. I had changed my mind and went back the next day to return the keys, but the salesman wouldn’t take them back because he said that I needed to sign some forms first, which I did but they had made me pay a $200.00 restocking fee. I had contacted another enterprise car salesman from a different location and he had told me that I only needed to pay it if I had took possession of the vehicle. I originally wanted to buy another vehicle from a different city. That salesman had told me that I would have to pay a $400.00 transfer fee if I had wanted that vehicle. I had called that dealership and they had told me that they would personally deliver that vehicle to me and I wouldn’t have to pay a transfer fee. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to purchase a vehicle from the Fresno location Enterprise Car Sales, those people are deceiving.

  D'Mareaux Turner truly went above and beyond to help us and our daughters first car purchase. The Equinox is exactly what we were shopping for. I obtained several of his business cards and will be referring him to anyone I come across that's ready to purchase a new vehicle. We couldn't go wrong with choosing Enterprise Car Sales for this purchase. We will be purchasing another vehicle next year and will most definitely be contacting Mr. Turner for his services again.

  I bought my car from Enterprise car sales Fresno! Kyle Domres was very helpful and the purchase process was easy! I will recommend Kyle and Enterprise to all my friends!

  De'Mareaux was so helpful and determined to get me the car I wanted. The customer service was amazing. If I had to get another car, I would go back to this location. The customer service was worth the 2 hour drive. Great people determined to help you out and get you on the road with your new vehicle:)
