  Desiree was awesome . I highly recommend that if you’re going to purchase a car that you carefully review all service records available and ask for any they have . This was a major factor in my final car choice .

  Enterprise fraudulently falsified my income for my loan application to be approved and now im financially and emotionally struggling.This has caused me so much pain and suffering i would never recommend anyone to trust them! I filled out an application online and was instantly approved i was happy because for years i tried to get a car and not one car place could find me a lender without having a co signer.enterprise was so persistant to get me to come in and check out their inventory As soon as they ran my income and credit they told me the same thing previous car sales places said i would have to have a co signer but I refused they said let us see what we can do. When they found a lender enterprise did the application in the managers office and not with me and Mark the sales man who helped me in the lobby. The car I took for a test drive made a sound on the front passenger wheel area before we even left the lot for a test drive.Mark said dont worry they have warranties and can have that fixed. Long story short the manager at enterprise falsified my income info and said I make 6000 a month when I make about 2500 a month! Point blank period their manager falsified my income without me knowing and its caused me so much hardship and no help

  Everything was great thus far. I'm really happy with my jeep. Kyle was the sales rep that helped me. He listened to me and all my concerns. He was quick and professional about the service he provided. This was by far the best car shopping experience for me. I will be letting everyone one know abt the great service I received from enterprise.
