- JTJustin ThigpinMay 9, 20261.0Rip off. Trying to charge people an automatic fee of $2500 to inspect a trailer for them to take home. Saying there is no negotiation in this. Who would buy a new car that your charging them $2500 to get it ready to drive home. Stop stealing from people.

The service team will fight for you tho. If they have the parts in stock, they’re pretty quick & do an excellent job or they will make it right if not.

They had rv for 2 months I was done waiting for them to fix other simple fixes. Then made me come back to get rest of parts so I could fix myself.

We went to tour some campers to get an understanding of what’s out there, what feels right for our family, and what would work for our toddler. Sure we went in a hour before close, but just wanted to tour a few. Our needs are specific, so the amount of choices isn’t great. Ronnie rushed us. He told us he works commission so he didn’t want to spend much time with us since they were closing soon. Again, they had a hour to close. From the time we walked into the front door to the the time he dropped us back off, it was about 15 minutes. He gave us 15 minutes to tour their inventory. That’s all he deemed worthy because he worked on commission. Because of this experience, NO CAMPING WORLD will see a cent of commission. What a joke. Disgusting experience.
