  Can I give 0 starts ? They will mislead you to buy extra coverage you don’t want. In May 2026, my husband and I purchased a travel trailer from Camping World in Fresno, California. During the finance process, we were offered three optional protection plans. We agreed to purchase only one of them. However, the finance representative, Marcus Mele, presented paperwork for all three plans to be signed. Believing the documents reflected what had been explained to us, we signed them. We later discovered that we had been enrolled in three different protection plans, despite only agreeing to one. When I contacted Camping World to cancel the unwanted plans, I was informed that one of them could not be canceled. I requested cancellation of the other two plans immediately. It has now been more than 30 days since my cancellation request. I have not received the refunds, any status update, or any meaningful communication despite multiple follow-up attempts. I also spoke with the General Manager, Carson, at the Fresno location. Instead of investigating my concerns, he dismissed my account and defended his employee without addressing the facts or helping resolve the issue.

  Worst experience ever! Good Sam is a waste of $2500! Service department is worthless! After having brand new Jayco trailer delivered we opened the door and kitchen and bathroom floor were soaked. Noticed a couple holes and seals cracked on roof which apparently they didn’t notice. Probably didn’t notice since they didn’t inspect the roof or anything else they were supposed to. Avoid at all cost or you will be sorry!!

  battery stopped working weather strip is coming off which they said is a common problem. they want to charge me to have a tech check if the battery is not working and to put another one. I just bought this trailer. why should I pay to do this. dont you check this in your added fees when I bought the trailer.

  A staff member staff called me homeless and snarled at me for the audacity to fill my water tanks after I purchased parts at the store. The people on the parts area where knowledgeable and helpful. Make it five stars. However afterwards I went to leave and remember that I needed to fill my tanks. There should be a lesson for them in how not to assume things about people. I'm a multi-millionaire who just was boondocking and was not looking particularly fresh. I saw a spigot and I thought that Camping World allows you to fill up your tank so I started doing it. I should have asked permission but I was tired. Some guy in a white jacket cruises out scowling and confronts me. What are you doing here? Oh, I said, I thought Camping World provided water. You're right I should have asked first. I apologize. The snarl in contemptuous look continues. Then he basically called me homeless. He said, well we have problems with persons in distress PID coming in here and just taking water. I said well I just spent $200 on parts in your store. He uttered harshly how much longer are you going to be here? This is a high traffic area and you're blocking traffic. I said another 5 minutes. And then he just left. Then a guy on a forklift goes right by me hauling a trailer; so much for blocking traffic. The lot is overflowing with unsold RV so I guess they're pretty stressed.

  Since I bought my RV from Camping World brand new and I take it to them to get it fixed for some reason it takes forever to get things done I don't know if management or they have enough workers but they don't even call you you got to call them and before they do any work they have always excuse our we're waiting on this we're waiting on that come to find out if we ever had a function to go or have plans you can cancel those plans with this company cuz you need to book a month or two months so you can get your rig back soon I'm sorry I have to write something like this but it's just real talk they're a little slow on response and service and quality control. For instance I dropped off my unit a week ago I let them know that I was covered they let me know I was covered then I call a week later see if it was done and their excuse was we're waiting on the clearance from the insurance but they told me that the insurance was going to take care of it This is BS incompetent people working
