I went in and (Isaac or Isiah) H. helped me by putting in my new battery and taking my old one. I really appreciate the service. He treated me fairly and was cool to talk to. I went to o’reillys up the street before this and they denied me service. I’ll be coming to autozone from now on. I know when I come here the work culture is focused on treating customers good.

I came to AutoZone today and was extremely disappointed with the customer service we received from Isaac H. We asked him if the coolant we brought in was similar to the one we were purchasing, and he responded that he didn’t know in a very rude and dismissive tone. His facial expressions and body language made it seem like he was annoyed that we were even asking for help. He showed no interest in assisting us or finding someone who could answer our question. While we were looking at clamps and getting ready to purchase our items, he stood there staring at us with an irritated expression instead of offering any assistance. He then walked away from us and went to another register without saying anything, even though we were already in the process of purchasing our items. As we were leaving, he told us to take the empty coolant container we had brought in with us. His tone, facial expressions, and overall body language throughout the entire interaction came across as disrespectful, unwelcoming, and as if helping us was an inconvenience. We left genuinely confused about why we were treated this way. We came into AutoZone expecting basic customer service and assistance with purchasing the correct products, not to feel uncomfortable or like we were bothering an employee simply by asking questions. I have never experienced this type of rude customer service at this location before,.
