  This is a FANTASTIC tow company. They were quick and highly efficient. Omar is an excellent driver. He is friendly, professional, and highly skilled. I highly recommend. I will use them whenever I need them. Thank you again for a great experience Omar. You made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful.

  Amazing service, it was triple digit heat and 5 o clock traffic Arabella Towing got over to me in ten minutes. Omar was fast and everything was smooth.. best tow service I’ve used in town! I would recommend if you need a tow. I was in Fresno

  I had a flat tire today and had no idea what to do. The tow truck driver was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Instead of just towing me home, he recommended a nearby tire shop where I was able to get a great used tire. His advice saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs roadside assistance. Thank you so much!

  Worst customer service of my life. They lied about their service, they were rude, they kept my car hostage for a whole day, and they are NOT 24 hours. As far as I can tell, they have one truck. Avoid them at all costs.
