  The staff (I believe it was Joshua?) was very professional & friendly. It took me over 90 minutes to check out & get into my car at the Fresno airport. There was only one person at the desk & one at cars. We were also merged with Enterprise customers at the car portion. Finally a few employees came on board & got us through quicker, but we were already over 90 minutes in. There was no option for self-checkin & would have made things much easier.

  I travel a lot for work and rent from various companies. But my two Alamo rentals (one personal a f one for work) this week in Fresno were the best ever. I have never had so many friendly people asking if I had been assisted or if I need anything. Even though I have some point programs with other rental companies, I determined that from now on I will go with Alamo forst as long as the price is competitive. Thank you!!

  I liked booking through Expedia. Everything was already taken care of for me when I went to pick up the car. I was offered a choice between a Corolla and a hybrid Camry. I chose the hybrid Camry because of the gas mileage and the cost of gas in California being so much more expensive than in Connecticut! Returning the car was also very efficient and simple!

  “There will be a wait for a minivan” Those were the only words spoken to me when I arrived here. No estimate, no “sorry,” just those few words and then the attendant walked away, after a 45 minute wait for two customers to be processed in front of me in the terminal. I usually prefer enterprise/alamo, but this airport location is making me seriously reconsider that moving forward.

  I flew into Fresno, California due to a family emergency. The online reservation process was clear, straightforward, and very easy to complete. Upon arriving at the airport, the desk clerk was both professional and personable, making the pickup process quick and seamless. Getting to the rental lot was equally easy, as it was conveniently located just outside the airport doors where my vehicle was waiting. The lot attendants were also friendly, professional, and helpful. A few days into my rental, it became medically apparent that my family member would not be able to fly home. I called Alamo, and the agent quickly assisted me in extending the rental agreement so we could drive back home to Minnesota instead. That flexibility and support meant a great deal during a stressful time. When I returned the vehicle at the Duluth, Minnesota Airport, the desk agent was once again professional, personable, and very helpful, making the return process just as quick and easy as the pickup. It is not often that you interact with multiple representatives across different locations and receive the same high level of service from each one. From beginning to end, every Alamo representative I encountered worked together seamlessly to provide an outstanding customer experience. Thank you all for helping us get home safely. Great job!
