  I wanted to thank Eric Chavez in specific who at 5am when I locked my keys in their overnight lockbox and I accidentally left my cell phone in the now locked car left me without the ability to call anyone and I had to panic and go to the American Airlines desk as my only alternative and push my flight out as no one one was initially on the lot to unlock the box, I came back about 10-15 minutes later and Eric was there and said he didn’t necessarily have to come in that early but he personally does to get a head start on the day and if he hadn’t come in I would have been completely stuck until you opened at 7am. I highly recommend especially for families and safety reasons that if this were to happen again you provide customers a code that can write down for the lockboxes to retrieve their keys or move to a system where you can get a code to your email or a phone number to call to get a 10 minutes valid code for the lockbox so you can track the name of the person opening the lockbox. This ensures any items left behind are obtainable in off hours and early morning flights. So 4 stars for you, 5 stars for Eric, you are truly the man and made a hectic nightmare day suddenly pleasant and I was able to change my flight and reach home by evening versus midnight. Thank you ❤️🫂😎

  Great help at the counter , the repo did all efforts to find my reservation and coated me from the stress to make new one on the spot Car was very good it met my needs and comfortable to drive

  I like the cars at Alamo. Usually they are up to date and fairly new (2025 or 2026). They are kept up, and fairly clean. I also like the people at Alamo. They are nice and usually helpful. The staff tries to meet my needs by putting me in a car that has the things I’m looking for. I’ve just had great experiences with the Staff at Alamo and the cars are wonderful. I also like the quick service once outside. I really like that a staff member shows me my car and will give me the option of another vehicle. When I’m looking on line and I have the choice of picking another car rental, it’s wonderful when I see Alamo as an option. Alamo has quality cars and staff.

  We rented a van and a car for our family vacation. My daughter and her husband's flight was delayed. I called to let Alamo know that we would be picking up our van on time as planned but that my daughter and her husband would not be able to pick up the other car until the morning because their flight was delayed. The Alamo representative (Milo) said that we would have to cancel their rental and rebook another car because that was out of the 2 hour time frame. We had put all of our flight information in when we rented the cars so I was not sure why this was a problem but after spending 48 minutes on the phone with Milo that is what we finally did because he did not give us any other choice. He was rude, argumentative, and during the 48 minute conversation gave me lots of incorrect information. I asked him if he was the person at the airport or if he was working from a different location and he reassured me he was working at the desk at the Alamo Fresno Airport location. He was in fact not! He told me I would need to put a deposit down on the car and he charged my credit card for $152.95. He told me that when my daughter arrived to actually pick up the card she would be able to use her debit card to pay the balance. Then when my daughter and husband arrived the next morning the person at the desk charged or put a hold on their debit card for total amount $524.55. When we returned the car the person at the Alamo lot said we actually needed a credit card to pay for the car, they reassured us that the deposit on my credit card and the total amount on my daughter's debit card would automatically be refunded once they put in the credit card information (my other daughter's). Now daughter #1 has paid for the car because over a week later it still has not been refunded, I have for a deposit that still has not been refunded AND daughter #2 has also paid for the same car. I have called and my daughter and her husband have called and we are still waiting. In addition to all of this we were charged more for the car than originally planned because since Milo canceled our first rental (which I was told later that he should not have done that) we had to pay more for the rental because it was not reserved ahead of time..... Each time we call we end up on the phone for a long time, we have to repeat ourselves numerous times, and we still don't have answers. If I could give a negative star - I would.
