  Joe was very helpful during the pick up. Now a days most customer service is horrible everywhere but I was really impressed with Joe and even the rest of the employees who worked at this location. Will definitely go back next time I need a rental.

  Their customer service is excellent. I was easily able to speak to a representative and make modifications to my reservations online. I also was impressed with the quality of our rental vehicle. It was in excellent shape and drop off was a piece of cake with immediate verification of all being ok and a receipt to show ending total.

  I want to send Kyle R my gratitude for a lovely experience at the Alamo Rent A Car at the Fresno Airport. He was so enjoyable to talk to. He gave us his experience and ideas where we needed to go on our trip! He even went to school in the state that we were from! It was a great experience! Also, Rej was very helpful when we returned our car. I wanted to make sure that my data would be erased from the car and he took the time to prove that it was erased making me feel very at ease. These employees were great! My husband and I enjoyed driving the BMW X3 too!

  At pickup, the vehicle already had bumper damage that clearly exceeded the threshold on the "Instructions for Checking Vehicle Condition" paper provided. The exit representative initially refused to document it and only did so after I insisted and he called his manager. When I returned the car, the return agent immediately pointed to that same damage, as if it were new. If I had not forced the issue at pickup, I would likely have been charged for damage that was already there. This does not appear to be an isolated mistake. It looks like an ongoing scam tactic reinforced by the fact that similar complaints appear repeatedly in Google reviews for this location. The pattern suggests a recurring practice of failing to document pre-existing damage at checkout and then trying to assign liability to the customer at return. Alamo Confirmation Number: 1495951042
