  Great service at this Valvoline location! I was serviced by Jessie and the squad for an oil change, radiator fluid replacement, and power steering fluid replacement. Super smooth service and friendly workers. Thanks, guys!

  Customer NoService. Be honest about how long things will take. If something changes with the car in front, come tell me as soon as you know. Don't tell me I will be in and out in 30 minutes and then wait 25 minutes to tell me the car in front will be another 10 minutes and my car will take 20 minutes after that. I'm sitting and sweating in my car - I'm three steps away - and you're just flirting with the driver in front and occasionally walking lazily around and ACTIVELY IGNORING me? Sorry, I'm taking my business elsewhere. As I told you honestly when I backed out - it only would've taken 10 seconds to check in with me and I could've been a customer for life.

  Everything was great. The employees were extremely polite and thorough with the oil change and the services that came with it. They worked quickly and efficiently. Gave recommendations and explained as they went along. I was able to drive right into the shop without a wait which was a big plus. The price was great because I used a Groupon. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because they forgot to put 2 of my chrome valve stem covers back onto my tires on the left side. I noticed when I got back home, but since I live in Hayward and the shop is in Fremont, it would have been a waste of gas to go back and get them. So I had to purchase another set at Autozone for $4.00 which added $4.00 to the price of my oil change. I still saved money on the change because of the Groupon, but now $4.00 less. I will definitely check next time before driving off.

  Jesse was such a great help today! He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything without overwhelming me or trying to recommend unnecessary services that my car didn’t need. AJ, the store manager, also provided amazing customer service and was friendly and easy to talk to. Foad, who specifically worked on my car, was a huge help as well and completed my oil change quickly and efficiently. I was in and out within 20 minutes! Overall, I had such a great experience and will definitely be returning.
