  I had a great experience at Valvoline. Store Manager AJ runs a professional, efficient shop and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Austin was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly while explaining the service and answering my questions. The team was courteous, honest, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary services. The oil change was fast, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service and quality work!

  Super welcoming and very informative walking me through everything that was due and recommended, showing me, battery life,oil filters etc. excellent oil change, battery and filter checks. Joseph and Jesse were super friendly and Rafael was under helping to complete the oil change. These guys have great communication with each other!

  They’re very fast, efficient and friendly here. I didn’t feel upsold on any service and felt well respected. This team worked amazing and everyone seems to communicate effectively. Second time here and will be back every time

  I had a really good experience with the team. Everybody was very Thorough and Chata multiple occasions if I needed anything else and explain to me in details what was going on and what would be needed in the future. Very trusting place and very friendly and professional staff. They seem very hard-working and very eager to work too.

  I’m writing this review so my local Fremont neighbors can avoid the hassles I faced recently, when trying to get a simple oil change. I first went to The Pit Stop and they didn’t have the filter in stock. Then I tried Wheel Works. Same problem. Then I called Jiffy Lube. Same. I drive a 2023 Elantra. Nothing unusual. Finally I called Valvoline and not only DID they have my filter in stock, they sent me a coupon via text immediately. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the manager. He was respectful and professional. The whole team was. Unlike most of oil change places off Fremont (near the intersection at Perlata,) Valvoline IS NOT HARD TO REACH. ALL the other shops are tucked in side streets and places where current construction is everywhere. Getting in and out is dangerously daunting. But at Valvoline getting in and out was simple and safe. I was treated nicely by the staff. I waited in my vehicle while they worked. They showed me my air filter (which was nasty so we replaced). They rotated tires as well. All staff was friendly and smiling. They used words like “please” and “thank you”. Words often forgotten in service. Although the cost of everything is much higher these days (thanks Trump for screwing the economy), at least there’s still places that provide good SERVICE!!!! More and more, the “service” side of business’s has disappeared or worse. But I found this business to be one of integrity and kindness. Thanks to the team for doing a great job.
