    I have been to Tint World in Union City and the one in Fremont, CA. Excellent customer service and they did a great job. The general manager, Frank, even gave us a great discount for being return customers. I would highly recommend both these stores.

    Auto Detailing Review: I had to take time out of my work schedule to accommodate their limited availability... I called beforehand to confirm! There was zero offer to provide any upgraded service, etc. I feel swindled, disrespected and frustrated, and I did not even receive my pre-paid Supreme Detailing service. I make it a common practice to have my vehicles detailed at least once a year. Tint World was recommended to me by a friend. Scheduling the service was done over the phone, as there's no online calendar available for booking, and I had to schedule a few weeks out due to their limited schedule. Detailing only occurs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The gentleman answering the phone and scheduling my appointment was polite and kind. I called to confirm the day prior to my appointment, as well as to make sure there was a box I could drop my key off in. (Turns out it's just a mail slot, not secured.) They assured me I could leave the key and return at the end of the day to pick-up my car. Two hours after dropping my car off I received a phone call from my partner, telling me that they had canceled my appointment. The detailing staff was not available today. I had asked my partner to call and confirm that they received the key once I realized that their "box" was merely a mail slot in a glass door. How would we have known that the car would not be serviced today?? Immediately after getting off the phone with my partner, I received a call from Tint World. Again, the person on the phone was kind and apologetic. He told me that their detailing team had all called out, again. That's fine, I just request another date, for which I'm offered the following weekend. So I schedule the detailing appointment for 7 days later. Why wasn't I called? I was assured someone had tried to reach me throughout the week, however I had ZERO missed calls and absolutely NO voicemails from anyone at Tint World. Possible oversight? Maybe. I decided to let it go. I called again the day prior to the appointment to confirm the detailing service, even referencing the mishap from the week before. "Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll be happy to do an extra good job on your detail service," I was told. One week later and I'm pulling into the shop parking lot at 9:05 AM, when I receive a call from Tint World. "I'm sorry but we have to cancel your appointment." Ummm, excuse me? I called yesterday to confirm! Why did no one attempt to contact me beforehand? It's obvious you have my correct phone number, as you've contacted me in both instances after the time of the scheduled appointment, to cancel. The lies and lack of customer service are insulting. I wish I would have read the Google reviews, as it appears Yelp reviews have been filtered (a known issue with Yelp) regarding their detailing services, as I probably would not have booked with Tint World to begin with. Do not let the high rating fool you - read through the reviews! Save yourself time and $!

    Don’t go to any Tint World franchisees. I got Tint done on my car recently and then they ended up closing down the Fremont location. Tried calling customer service for the poor quality job. They did no responses back despite emailing as well. Worst customer experience and worst Tint job I’ve ever done on any car will definitely not be coming back to any Tint World franchise locations ever again ridiculous prices.

    I bought the 5 year ceramic detail package last year for my Cyber truck. Frank called me to remind me that it is time to bring in my truck for the ceramic coating. I appreciate the fact that he reached out to me. I scheduled the appointment and they had it don in a day and a half. The truck looks great. Great service. from Daniel and Frank Thank you both.

    Tint world re did all my lighting on my 2005 Chevy Tahoe they did a great Job. I am going to be going back for some more work they are so good!! Eugene is an amazing installer and Frank the manager really took care of all my need !!!
