  Fantastic place to rent a van. Fantastic customer service, great price. I even was able to rent an electric one. Saved tons on gas money. The best place to rent in the East Bay Area. Thank you

  Enterprise rent a truck in Fremont, CA Is great! It’s a large new facility, squeaky, clean, with staff who are knowledgeable, Efficient, and friendly. I’ve never encountered better.?

  My name is Luis, and I recently had a fantastic experience with the team at Enterprise Rentals located at 5591 Cushing Pkwy in Fremont, CA. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and supportive staff who made the entire truck rental process smooth and enjoyable. I was initially looking for an EV Chevy, but unfortunately, they didn't have one available at the time. However, Justin, one of the team members, quickly took charge of the situation. He made a quick phone call and was able to secure a truck for me from their San Jose location in just under two hours! I was genuinely impressed by his dedication and quick problem-solving skills. Despite the rainy weather, the team remained upbeat and committed to providing excellent service. I truly appreciate their efforts to ensure I had the right vehicle for my needs. I left feeling extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Fremont Enterprise Rentals to anyone in need of a rental truck. They deserve a solid 10 out of 10!   We needed a rental when our car was in the shop. Before we arrived, they contacted us to confirm all of the info and let us know what we would need upon arrival. I believe I spoke to somebody by the name of Tito. When we arrived to pick up our rental, Martin had assisted us. He was friendly and professional and efficient. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Then, when I had to call to inform them that we would be returning it early and I needed to know the process, Sam helped me out. His customer service skills and phone etiquette were exceptional. Thanks for making the process seamless!
