  Great experience at Enterprise Fremont! Alayna was amazing—she went out of her way to arrange a vehicle swap for me right at closing time, which really helped make my trip go smoothly. Keanu was also super helpful getting me into the car and making the process easy. Really appreciate both of them, especially Alayna for going the extra mile. Thank you!

  Fremont Chrysler/Dodge referred this location for rental. Car got fixed and drop off text from enterprise text came late in the evening and we couldnt make it and next morning they charged for extra day.

  The unfortunate aftermath of having my car sideswiped I needed to get a rental car. I was dreading the process, but Keanu and Alayna made it all the more enjoyable with their positive attitudes. I came in on a Sunday morning to get a rental car with no appointment. They absolutely accommodated me and I appreciated their exemplary customer service. Alayna’s positive demeanor and smile was so infectious. I could not help but feel positively with a negative situation. Keanu hooked it up for me with the rental vehicle and I got a great car for the week I needed it. I appreciate his empathy and help in making the process so seamless. The team I had here is great and was a pleasure working with, thank you!
