- XCXi ChenSep 30, 20265.0I had an outstanding experience renting a car from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Fremont, CA. The entire staff made the process completely pleasant and effortless. Joshua Steinbeck handled my contract and was incredibly accommodating to my specific needs, ensuring everything went smoothly. Laksha who walked me through the vehicle features was also fantastic; she was patient and very thorough in answering all of my questions. To top it off, the shuttle driver, Glen was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This is a top-tier team that truly understands great customer service. I will definitely rent from this location again
- LELYNNE EVAROSep 26, 20265.0The people at enterprise are so nice and they are very helpful and accommodating. I would have been stuck if they didnt have a driver who can take you back home if you live in the area. Great experience!
- JJJesus JoseSep 8, 20261.0Complete joke of an operation. Utterly pathetic service. I had an absolute nightmare experience at this branch. I went out of my way to complete my check-in online a full day early to ensure a seamless, fast pickup for my 9:30 AM appointment. I even arrived early at 9:25 AM, only to be hit with a lazy excuse that it would be a "40 to 50-minute wait."What is the point of forcing customers to pre-register and check-in yesterday if you are just going to completely ignore scheduled appointments? I sat there for a full, grueling hour, and the staff completely ignored me. No updates, no apologies, and absolutely zero accountability. They treat your time like a suggestion and have total disregard for their customers. I finally walked out of this circus, called my CSAA insurance adjuster, and had them pull my entire Premium reservation to take my business to Hertz. If you actually value your sanity and your schedule, avoid this incompetent location at all costs. They do not care about you.
