  I did not rent a car from enterprise, but I was in the parking lot leaving an appointment. The enterprise car was next to mine, as I approached by car there were 3 people in front of my driver door. I said excuse me, so that I could open the door. The two men moved, the white women who worked for enterprise asked me to wait as she was working (all she needed to do was close the door to the car. I said excuse me again.. to which she replied "they are just so rude" I am as Black Woman. I was more than cordial as it was 90 degrees outside. I should not be surprised but enterprise do better, train your employees.. because you now do not have one in me.

  The parking lot is crazy, but Valerie and her team are so kind and helpful-- totally worth it! I had to rent a car for a couple weeks due to an accident, so contacted Enterprise through my insurance, and the whole process was so simple and quick. Valerie put me in a beautiful car, which I really enjoyed driving while my car was being sorted out. She was so kind and helpful during the return process as well. I will definitely reach out next time I need to rent a car!

  I had an excellent experience working with Valerie. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very attentive to my needs. Valerie made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. She was very patient with me while I was so indecisive and helped me choose what worked best for me. What really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer and did not treat me just as another transaction which felt pleasant. Because of her outstanding service, I would absolutely return and recommend this location to others just because the way Valerie carries herself and represents the company.
