As someone who doesn't know much about cars, finding a mechanic I can genuinely rely on has been a game changer. Ray has always taken the time to explain what's going on with my Mercedes in a way that makes sense, never making me feel pressured or taken advantage of. That kind of honesty and transparency is everything when you're putting your vehicle and your safety in someone else's hands. I've come here for Service A, Service B, battery replacements, fuel line leak repairs, and more. Basically any maintenance you'd expect from an aging car. The quality of his team's work speaks for itself, but it's the trust Ray has built over the years that keeps me coming back.
