  Rapi and his team were fantastic! They were able to schedule me in right when I needed, inspected everything and gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done. Can’t recommend this location enough, I recommend them wholeheartedly and am so grateful to have a trusted place to take my car. Thank you!

  I had to buy 2more tires due to them rotting so quickly. Just after the warranty expired. Also they had put the wrong warranty miles on my statement by 2,000 miles when I noticed it and had to call them to correct it. Everyone that bought anything that has a warranty needs to check the dates on the statement. Buyer Beware.

  Made and appt go get tires and brakes 2 days in advance. Got to my appt and they were missing the brake pads. Had to come back again and have the brake fluid flushed in addition to other services. Waited 3 hours and I was not prioritized after it being the 2nd visit (even though the manager said they would take care of me). Got home and popped my hood to check my brake fluid reservoir and noticed brake fluid was not changed but I was charged for it. Came back a 3rd time to get the brake fluid serviced like it should have been done. Also, when I got home and noticed scratches on my newly dipped rims with big greasy finger prints all over the shiny metal. I had to scrub it off and the scratches are not coming off so now I would need new rims. Would never come back here again just based on the incompetence and shady business practice. They tried to upsell me on more work but I said no. I don't trust a business that would charge you for a service and not complete it. Especially brakes and tires that are a big safety issue should something go wrong.

  THIS IS FOR THE ALLEN TIRE ON WOODRUFF/CARSON in the city of Long Beach. I have always had fantastic service at the Allen Tire in Fountain Valley: I had an appointment that I scheduled a week in advance and once I arrived (prior to the appointment time) I was passed over for 3 male customers who all walked in, no appointments and I waited a total of 3 hours before someone looked at my tire.

  I realized right as I pulled out of my garage (minivan full of beach items and my kids, ready for a fun day at the beach) that my car had a flat. After a moment of panic that our beach day might be seriously side-lined, I drove to Allen Tire Company (the nearest tire repair shop to me in Fountain Valley) and was relieved to find it open and the front desk gentleman (sorry, I didn't get his name) was kind and courteous. He immediately assessed the situation (flat front driver's side tire), informed me that an assessment needed to be done to see if it just needed a fill vs replacement, and got himself and his technician to work on it right away. I believe we were in and out in less than 45 minutes, and the installation plus the replacement tire cost about $303 (a very reasonable price for the speed of service and the serendipity of having my tire model in stock that day!). Our beach day was saved, the kids and I were happy thay this somewhat major inconvenience was quickly resolved, and we could safely get to our destination and still enjoy a perfect summer beach day. Thank you for helping in such an efficient way - I will FOR SURE use Allen Tire Company again in the future :)
