  I’ve been a Raceway member for years, but my recent visit to the Fontana location on Cherry Ave felt like I accidentally signed up for an argument instead of a car wash. While my husband was drying the car with a towel (a pretty normal car wash activity), an employee named Jordan decided this was the moment to become extremely aggressive and confrontational over it. Instead of helping or explaining things calmly, he went straight into yelling and escalating the situation like we were in a debate competition nobody asked for. He also spent a good amount of time on his phone during the visit, but somehow had plenty of energy reserved for arguing with paying customers. At one point, he even told my husband he wasn’t welcome back, which is a bold move for someone who doesn’t appear to be running the place. The whole interaction felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly like customer service was optional that day. We’ve been loyal members for years and have never had issues with other staff, which makes this experience stand out in the worst way. Hopefully management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated here, because this definitely isn’t the standard we’ve experienced before. I also saw on Google reviews and it seems like I’m not the only one, and if they don’t get rid of this employee I will be ending my membership and taking my business elsewhere immediately.

  Most expensive car wash I've been to. And it did not clean my entire car. Not enough vacuums. And the vacuum was broken.

  This raceway is a joke. The attendants will sign someone up in the member express lane while there is a line of cars waiting and when you call them out on it you just get attitude. I just cancelled my membership. My car came out with dirt that wiped away with my finger and the wheel cleaner left a nasty greasy film on my rims. I do not recommend. Overpriced for the quality.
