I would not recommend this Mountain View Auto location. I purchased a vehicle from Carvana and brought it here during my 7-day return period for an inspection, a pulling/alignment issue, and a rear-seat headrest repair. I mentioned the alignment when I made the appointment, during my first visit, again when the repair was scheduled, and again when I dropped the car off. Despite repeatedly assuring me it would be handled, they kept my car for hours and did not check the alignment until it was too late to submit it to SilverRock before they closed. They then gave me paperwork confirming the car DOES need an alignment, and the manager actually told me, “You should have mentioned this sooner.” I had mentioned it at least four separate times. The experience was unprofessional from the beginning. Our first 8:00 a.m. appointment started about 45 minutes late because no one was there to open the shop, and there was no apology. The manager also made comments about how Carvana/SilverRock claims during the first 7 days are how he makes his money, which made me uncomfortable. To make things worse, the rear seats they worked on were not reinstalled correctly, so I now have to take the vehicle somewhere else to fix their work. This was not one small mistake. It was repeated poor communication, missed commitments, and then being blamed for something I had clearly brought up multiple times. I will not bring my vehicle back here.

The service was amazing and price was competitive....the only issue I had was the alignment was off when I left the store unfortunately didn't have time to go back.

I came in for an oil change and Mario was so helpful and very knowledgeable and nice during my whole visit. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your car or tire needs. Especially if you’re getting help from him. 5 Stars! Thank you Mario!
