    Mountain View Tires always render excellent service to my family and I! I took my husband's vehicle in on Saturday to have 2 new front tires put on and my service rep., Mario, was awesome, as usual. My initial wait time was about 2 - 2.5 hours, and Mario made it happen for me in just a tad bit over an hour. The great service and the name brand products they offer are why we continue patronizing this establishment, period. Thank you so such, again, Mario, see you next time, Sir! Jovita and Lola Foster

    Went midday on a weekday for an oil change. It took 2 hours 15 minutes. I was alone in the waiting room the entire time. Half the parking spaces were empty. Only one other customer walked in the entire time I was waiting. There were 4 mechanics. Four mechanics took 2 hours and 15 minutes on one oil change with no line.

    How to screw in my tire took it over and fixed it with no problem.These men are always the best! And the best part it was open on sunday!!!!!

    The call center place scheduled me an appointment and told me they could do it. Got to the place and the guy at the front ( horrible customer service) told me they couldn't do it they didn't have the part. He had way to much sass and was pretty unprofessional.

    Great customer service. Had major work done on old car. Very honest, took photos of areas that needed to be fixed and provided in an email. Great communication. Car drives a lot better now and ac works again. Recommend. Thank you Mountain View.
