Recently, my son experienced a service issue relating to my vehicle but it was quickly remedied with the management team. Thank you to Area Manager, James for the professionalism and willingness to quickly resolve.

I came for an oil change and other locations i always get offered stuff like coolant, tire rotation, and just other stuff for my car that i always get done that helps my car performance, i talked to 3 people and nothing but “here’s your price, any questions, would you like to pay with cash or card”. i drive a nice car, i looked good and was being nice, what was weird though was that the lady in front of me was offered a lot of stuff but i wasnt. it wasnt until the end that i had to ask for coolant and tire rotation, it sucks too because i was only charged 168$ which is great but i had a 400$ budget so if i was offered anything of service i definitely wouldve said yes and spent my money. so yea good job overall but it couldve easily been a great job if offered stuff.
