  Unfortunately, had to rent a car due to my car being fixed after a car accident. A gentleman picked me up from the body shop, smelling like pot. Once they get me to my rental , the car has less than 1/2 a tank of gas, the car smells like cigarettes and rotten eggs. The windows inside and out are so dirty I can’t even see out them to drive. The car on the inside is also dirty. The car rattles the entire time I’m driving it and the AC barely gets cold in the car. I will definitely not be using this company ever again!!!

  I rented a vehicle from the 3rd to the 11th. The price I paid was very reasonable. My experience with this specific location has always been good. The manager is easy to talk to the staff is very professional. I'm greeted as soon as I walk in even when it's busy. I was told it would be 30 min wait...didn't take that long. Never had an issue with any vehicles from this location. After I dropped off my rental they gave me a ride home. I appreciated that cause I was going to walk lol. I recommend enterprise ONLY if you want NO shenanigans NO hidden fees or NO bs. Expect exceptional customer service and an experience that will leave you headache free. I won't rent from anyone else. Thank you Enterprise.

  I use this Enterprise office on occasion when I take my car in for a major service. The last time I was in there was about a year ago. Things were really slow and backed up and they had a long line at the counter a year ago. This year though they had a long line, the line moved quickly as opposed to last year. Also this year I was able to get somebody to run me down to my business whereas last year they would not be willing to do that. I greatly appreciate the improvements over a year ago

  I like to say that my experience with the Enterprise in Folsom it was good. little busy but never felt like they were ignoring me. I believe Greg is the manager. He did send a message apologizing for the waiting, but also the gentleman.,Who did the final.....Inspection Dylan very pleasant young man full of energy polite . I always like to see young people practice good work ethics ... I want to say thank you to all of you guys for the great service in and out on the return side. Appreciate it.

  The Customer Service I received at the Folsom Enterprise was some of the best I have ever received in my entire life. Every single employee I interacted with was beyond friendly, professional, and helpful. Every single one looked like they were busting their butts to provide the fastest service possible. The 2 names I remember are Krista and Dillon (I am pretty sure those are their names). These 2 really provided the most exceptionally friendly customer service today. I was having one of the worst weeks of my life and these 2, especially Dillon (who had to deal with me the longest) were both so patient and kind to me. It really meant a lot to me. As a bonus, both of the vehicles I rented through them were practically brand new! I rarely rent with Enterprise in general as they tend to be a little more expensive than some of the other rental companies, but now I see why. Because of the truly exceptional staff at the Folsom branch , I will be sure to rent from Enterprise in the future anytime I need a vehicle
