  Been here quite a few times over the last 29 years. It's nice to see things done so well for so long. Says a lot about a business and the people who make it work. Service people are clear communicators. Straight forward and nice. Good products. It's easy to take folks like this fore granted. But they are truly an asset to our community. Thanks for all the help over the years.

  I took our Granddaughter’s car with 250k+ miles in for Ernie’s advertised $24.95 Safety Checkup. Because she drives a lot to participate in club volleyball events, we wanted to make sure that the car would provide safe transportation. Ernie’s technicians identified a list of issues I had suspected that needed further investigation. A full report was provided with fair priced breakdown of parts and labor required. Josh kept me informed every step of the way and provided excellent communication. Repairs were completed in about 10 days even after a few more repairs needed were discovered. Our Grandaughter was thrilled to know that she now had dependable and safe transportation. As a former NAPA Auto Parts Store owner, I knew Ernie’s NAPA Autocare could deliver excellent service and they did! I highly recommend Ernie’s!

  This business was a miracle for my wife and I. We are traveling in our Ram Promaster van from South Carolina and had some engine trouble near Watsonville. After one repair from the local dealer we still had a check engine light and were being quoted $4,000 and a week at least for the repair. Since we're traveling with a dog, staying in a hotel is very expensive so waiting a week was very daunting. We called Ernie's and they were able to fit us in on a Thursday and had the vehicle fixed for much less money in under 10 hours. We were hoping to find a well trusted friendly local mechanic to help us and Ernie's was absolutely that. Great people and a great business. Thanks again!

  Josh and the team showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running the same day after a complicated issue arose. These guys are strict professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

  These guyz are great. Not ripping you off and does the work correctly and efficiently. I will return to these guys even if they are 1 hour away. Theseguys are trustworthy.
