    Every time I go to AutoZone, I am greeted with a “Good morning” or “Good afternoon.”And the Manager Victor always helps me whenever I need anything. Two days ago, I went in and bought a key, and honestly, the service was great. He is always attentive to everything, and he always says, “Bye, have a great day.” Honestly, I would give the service a 10/10. He is always happy and has a great attitude. I would also say that Noemi Solano’s review is not fair because if you look at her profile, she gives almost everything one star, which seems like an attempt to damage the good reputation that these stores have.

    Very impressed with the level of customer service from this location. Everyone seems to be very knowledgeable and the manager Víctor, likes to run a tight ship. Will be coming for future purchases to this location.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Victor, the store manager. I went into the store for an oil change and provided all the information about my Jeep. I simply asked a question because I thought my Jeep might take 7 quarts instead of 5. I asked because I honestly don’t know much about cars and wanted to make sure I was getting the correct amount. Instead of simply explaining the answer, Victor responded in a very rude and dismissive way, saying, “I would not sell you something the computer is giving me.” I understand that the computer provides the recommended amount, but there was no reason to speak to a customer that way, especially when I was only asking a question. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions without being made to feel embarrassed or talked down to. I expected better customer service from a store manager. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training.
