  The rental agents at the Fallbrook location were great to work with and made the entire process super easy. I love that we have an Enterprise here with a good selection of vehicles. I’ll start using Enterprise for all my travel destinations!! Thank you!!

  I made a reservation on June 11th for a rental car to be picked up today. Before heading to the branch I noticed the price had dropped, so I canceled my original reservation and immediately rebooked for the exact same pickup time and dates. After my sister dropped me off at the branch, the employee who identified herself as the manager, Itzen, told me very rudely that because I had “just booked today,” there was no vehicle available. She claimed Enterprise requires 24 hours to transfer a car from another location. When I explained that I had actually reserved the vehicle more than two weeks ago and only rebooked to take advantage of the lower price, I asked what had happened to the car that should have already been allocated for my original reservation. She had no answer beyond repeatedly saying there were no cars available. What was most frustrating was that she offered absolutely no solutions. There was no attempt to locate a vehicle at another branch, no effort to honor my original reservation, no apology, and no customer service whatsoever. To make matters worse, while I was sitting inside waiting for an Uber after being stranded without a car, Itzen told me I needed to leave because she claimed I was being “disrespectful” when I was pulling up my original reservation to demonstrate that it was booked over 2 weeks ago. Strangely enough, Enterprise’s website continued showing multiple vehicles available for same-day booking even after I was told there were “no cars.” This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Enterprise failed to honor a reservation that had effectively been in place for over two weeks, provided no meaningful assistance, and treated me as though I was the problem after leaving me stranded. It is unfortunate that this is the only car rental in Fallbrook, but it is absolutely worth the hassle to make the drive anywhere else and save yourself the headache later.
