Fantastic service every time. Jeff (owner and mechanic) and Adam (mechanic) are my go to guys for all things vehicles. They go the extra mile to make sure it’s done right and tight and correct for the road ahead. Thanks again Jeff and Adam

I took my 2005 Honda Pilot (with 309,000+ miles on it) to the Pit Shop for its 100,000 mile timing belt change. The SUV was running perfectly except for a little ticking from exhaust valves which is normal and the valve lash adjustment was also due. The only people that ever did maintenance on this vehicle were myself and the Vacaville Honda Dealership where we purchased the SUV New. This was the first and (so far) the only new vehicle my wife had ever purchased on her own and that made this SUV very special to my family. I even have the Honda Factory shop repair manual and left it in the SUV for reference and informed Mr. Schmidt it was there. They replaced the timing belt, misaligned to rear cam pulley (which I warned them about) and bent three exhaust valves in the rear cylinder head. I was told by Mr. Schmidt that a rebuilt head would be in stalled. Instead he installed a used head from a junk engine that had very poor care judging by the amount of dark brown varnish in the rear head (see Pics) versus the front head. Mr Schmidt told me the car was ready and fixed. It run very rough, had a very loud ticking and when I started to do the valve lash alignment - this is what I found. The head wasn't even properly torqued and it looked like someone had a temper tantrum in my engine bay. Avoid these idiots at all costs.

Jeff gave me a quote and beat his own price. Did the job in a timely manner and lmk about other things that are breaking that I was not aware of. Went ahead and priced those jobs out too. Go here for you’re big or small builds

Horrible place! If you've ever felt robbed before...then come on in. They have reused parts and do not stand by their word! If there was a 0 on the 1-5 scale...I'd have used it! Don't go here!
