    The lobby was crowded when I arrived yet the manager greeted me and informed me that I would be assisted soon. And, she was correct. Justin was especially helpful in getting my vehicle in a timely manner.

    I am writing to formally complain about my experience today at one of your Enterprise locations. This was the fifth or more branch I visited in an effort to secure a specific rental vehicle. Prior to arriving, I called multiple Enterprise locations to confirm availability. I was explicitly told that no reservations had been made for the specific car in question, that the booking was available, and that there were no prior customers holding it. Upon entering the branch, I spoke directly with the branch manager and inquired about the vehicle. He asked what car I was swapping and what I was expecting, despite my prior verifications. He immediately responded, “No, I can’t give that to you.” When I asked if I could pay the difference to secure the vehicle, he again denied my request. He then proceeded to assist the next customer without further discussion. I stepped outside to contact my insurance provider. Immediately after finishing with the other customer, the manager went out to the lot to inspect the car in question before returning inside. This interaction fell far short of Enterprise’s stated brand promise of Community Focus: “Upholding the founding values of personal integrity, honesty, and treating customers and neighbors like family.” At no point during this encounter did I feel respected, valued, or treated like family. Instead, I was met with abrupt denial and poor service despite my proactive efforts to confirm availability in advance. I was left disappointed and frustrated by the lack of transparency and customer focus demonstrated today. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience similar treatment. I would appreciate a response acknowledging this complaint and detailing any steps Enterprise will take to address this issue.

    Good service in and out. They didn't have an SUV so I was upgraded to a van.
