Great service
Unfortunately, this was the location I had to visit for a vehicle switch out. Mikayla was wonderful, she was helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with. However, my experience with another employee, whose name I believe was Justin or Jacob, was the complete opposite.
When I called earlier that morning regarding the switch out, he was extremely rude and aggressive in his tone, as if I were inconveniencing him. The issue itself had nothing to do with the establishment and was related to the tow company, so I was simply trying to understand what I needed to do.
When I returned to the location due to me having to leave because I was waiting for the approval to put my rental back up, he did not acknowledge me when I approached the front desk, despite not assisting another customer at the time. Mikayla eventually began helping me. I also witnessed him speaking rudely to someone who called the store, which made his behavior seem less like a one time misunderstanding and more like a professionalism issue.
If you visit this location, I would highly recommend working with Mikayla if possible. She was great. As for Justin/Jacob, his attitude and customer service were very disappointing and unprofessional.
Also, take pictures of the vehicle and carefully review your rental agreement before leaving. Make sure any existing damage is properly documented and double check everything.

Very busy place. Pack your patience. Office was clean and the only clerk was courteous and polite. Went on a Sunday so there may be more clerks during the week.

Rented a car for a vacation from here, got a flat on the way back. Roadside assistance towed the car to tire shop and hour and half away that would be closed for the next 36 hours. I was told by roadside assistance I would get a car the next morning to drive back home, the next morning ended up being denied one at the location I went to because there was “no record the car was in enterprise’s hands and I would need to wait until a agent can verify its in enterprise possession”. Then I call this place (an hour before close after getting back from the other branch) to let them know whats happening, and see if there’s anyway they can help. I end up instantly being put on hold for about an hour, all the while being played an ad on repeat raving about how their customer service is top notch. Then when they finally do get through it’s a “hey everything will be fine, we cant do anything, the stores closed now, we can answer your questions tomorrow”. So I was then stuck another 24 hours without the ability to get home after being told 2 things by different parts of the company. Part of this is out of Fairfield’s hands and more the fault of roadside, but putting customers on hold this long while playing miserable ads especially in the midst stressful situation is insane treatment of paying customers.
I had an infinitely more smooth time at the other location I got the 2nd car at which was just as if not more busy.
Michaela was great. I have been waiting for survey from enterprise to give her a shout out. She was super helpful. Picked me up from repair shop in suisun. Took me to Enterprise Rental on N.Texas St. she was driver then came inside and worked counter. Walked me thru all of the process. Pick up and drop off a breeze.
