  Use to love coming to this car wash. My whole family comes to this car wash but we won’t be coming anymore. The had a Mother’s Day special were buy one get one free. Came on Saturday to redeem the offer and the MANAGER didn’t redeem the offer as if it could only be on Mother’s Day. No where on the text message did it say exclusively on Mother’s Day. Then when I asked about it. He had a smart ass remark about how this is the first year and if people complain they won’t be doing nothing next year. I paid for my car washes. And proceeded to have a private conversation with someone when the MANAGER came out to eavesdrop on my conversation and want to continue to try and have something to say u til I informed him I was having a PRIVATE conversation and that I already paid my mo day for my car wash and he decided to go back inside. What I don’t get is they don’t have enough people here on a regular basis to have everyone come here on Mother’s Day. Honestly this is disappointing to have a MANAGER act in such a childish manner at a place of business where people come and spend there hard earned money to support them. And add the childish comments as if my points weren’t valid. Good customer service is hard to come by and 5 Star in Fairfield lost a family who supported this business regularly because of lack of communication and childish business practices

  Julian is the absolute best and the overall service was beyond what we could expect. Julian has some of the best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. I’ve had the smell of dirty shoes in my car for so long and could never find what caused it I’ve torn my car apart and wiped it down and vaccumed multiple times and finally decided it was time to hand it over to a professional and they got it! Their attention to detail is top tier!

  My experience is always great at the Fairfield location! The manager Julian always makes sure my vehicle is taken care of and the results are excellent!
