  Had a great experience at SpeeDee Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, did a thorough job, and treated me with respect. It’s hard to find places that actually care about their customers, but these guys definitely went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend SpeeDee to anyone needing an oil change or other service!

  I've been coming here for years for my vehicle for oil changes. I was very surprised to drive up on a saturday afternoon and the place with practically deserted. There was one gentleman in the garage who ignored me. A minute later , another gentleman came from the lobby and checked me in. I've never had to wait to get checked in. Then I was quoted a very high price for my oil change. I went into the lobby and both doors were open and they had a fan on. No air conditioning anymore. I'm not sure if this is under new ownership , but I won't be back.

  This happened about a year ago. Sorry to be late in reviewing. I have used SpeeDee oil for a decade, but never again. I was having some work done on my Colorado at a different shop and decided to do the oil change there. This other shop, also one that I trust, they told me that the previous oil changers had screwed the oil pan screw on so tight that they were concerned that it might break when they remove it. I said, "Skip the oil change, I'll go back to SpeeDee and tell them to fix it or check it"...When I got there I was met by the manager at the desk, a woman, dark short hair. I don't know her name. I started , mind you, barely started to explain the story and she interrupted me with "We aren't responsible" and went on to blab on about why, not even letting me finish my explanation of what the other shop said. Unbelievable. I told her "You have not even listened to the whole situation" at which point she literally starting arguing with me. I said "you guys changed this last time and you need to make sure the oil pan and screw are not too tight". .as I was talking about that a really nice oil changer walked up and said in a VERY nice tone "Ma'am, can I just look at it and check it out" to which I replied "yes please". He came back in and said we got it off" I said "thank you". Let me be clear, if this was the first thing they said and did, I'd be going back there, but I was first met by an obstinate woman with zero people skills and a bullyish attitude. That really nice young man who offered to look at it, well, he should take her place and she should be "bye bye" to go get real customer service training.

  Been going here for a long time. They always strive to make sure everything is right. I’ve brought my cars here for multiple services. I will keep going back
