  Very nice rental car shop. I needed rental car urgently but they did not have any car in that time. But the manager gave me upgraded car without any extra charge. So nice and kind person. Strongly recommend this shop.

  I really appreciate both Chloe and Ray. Both on the phone or in person they are focused on excellent customer service and support. I needed to change my car class midway through my trip and they made the process seamless and quick.

  Raymond Hillhouse, Branch Manager is exceptional and understanding. I needed a rental for 2 weeks this past April. I arrived an hour early, was exhausted from flying from the east coast, and he helped me with a terrific rental. I’ve been renting cars from this location for over 5 years and have always been very pleased. Thank you Mr. Hillhouse!

  So I was told to bring in my credit card and driver's license. Then was told I needed my insurance papers. Then the woman at the counter was so covered in perfume it was making me sick so I wanted to go outside and call my insurance to get what was needed. As I went out the guy I had spoken with on the phone said , we do agree I told you to bring in your insurance right ? I said no I would have brought it as it was a long bus ride to get there. Then he refused to rent me the car. Ten hours on a bus for nothing. I'm old and disabled. I had a reservation. I'll never use the eureka enterprise ever again. If you are chemical sensitive don't even go in enterprise, They will make your eyes water not tell you what to bring in and insist they did. Then do this. Anyway go to Hertz. They are much nicer there.
