  Tip- if booking at last minute ( like the same day) make sure you call and see if they actually have vehicles available instead of booking online. As they often get vehicles coming back that need oil changes and their system can’t see this.. and one day I tried renting on a Friday and they didn’t have vehicles available, yet online their system said they did. The customer service is great. When I did rent a vehicle a few weeks later, everything went smoothly. Also suggest dropping off your vehicle when they are open and not using the drop box. Mainly because you know it has been turned in correctly.

  We had our own vehicle breakdown and needed a rental quickly a Chelsea was amazing. She made sure we were a priority because we had a time crunch and got us through the process super quickly and made sure we were all taken care of with the right car. 5 star service

  Booked for rental , received a call 1 hr before picking it up saying no vehicles were available. Woman on the phone was of no help. Book somewhere else.
