  If I could give AutoZone zero stars I would, the employees who work there have literally zero training or knowledge when it comes to cars or parts in general. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, I went in there for a set of spark plugs (pictured) I even gave them the superceded part number that I got from O'Reilly (they only had 3 spark plugs and I needed 4)*also pictured* The kid went to the back for quite a while, came back empty handed, even asked the other kid to double check, they found nothing. I then went to my car and took about 3 seconds to find the SKU #, gave it to them, the kid said "oh yeah it looks like we have 6 actually" As soon as I get the box in my hand I notice it has the part number I gave them ON THE BOX! This is absolutely ridiculous. And this is just the most recent frustration, every time I go in there they are so unprofessional and have zero knowledge of what they are doing...

  I highly recommend Kurtis and his team! They went the extra mile to help me on Easter Sunday when I had questions regarding diagnosing my check engine light problem with my vehicle. Not only did they diagnose my vehicle’s problem for free and provided me a thorough printout of the possible culprits but when I went out to my vehicle and tried to start my car and it wouldn’t, Kurtis spent over two hours helping to get my car running again.   I stopped in the store because my vehicle wasn’t holding power steering fluid and was leaking everywhere, and was currently empty and struggling to steer. I tried to find the recommended brand for my vehicle that was thicker. It would last longer before I could get it into the shop. They didn’t have that exact brand, but went above and beyond to help me find something comparable. I had had a rough week and was really stressed and the level of kindness, attentiveness, customer service and help to find what I need really helps turn my week around. They also offer to help me put it in as well. The staff were all friendly and the store manager, Kurtis, really makes this location Top notch. I can’t thank you all enough!
