  We rented a car which was ok. We got a parking ticket and although we asked the guy at the counter if we need to pay or they can pay it for us free of charge and he assured me they will pay the ticket for us for free, eventually they charged us a 25 dollars fee for handling the ticket. I had no problem paying it myself but they in effect lied to us.. Dear Lisa - I am done trying to reach to you guys. If you truly want to fix what Adam told me in the Encino branch - feel free to contact me via WhatsApp (I don't have a US number and your "online" AI driven chat refers me to call you..)

  Everything was what everything was supposed to be. A friendly Enterprise employee was supposed to pick me up from House Automotive in a timely manner, drive me to Enterprise, and get me quickly into a car so I could go about my merry way... and I am happy to report, that is exactly what happened. These days, expecting someone to competently and professionally do there job is not a given. Enterprise nailed it... very happy... no complaints. job well done!

  I had a great experience working with Adam and Brian. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire rental process. Due to some unexpected medical circumstances, I experienced delays in returning the rental as originally planned, and they were incredibly patient and accommodating with my situation. Their communication, flexibility, and willingness to work with me made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I truly appreciated the understanding, and excellent customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and I’m very grateful for the positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location and their team.

  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Car Rental, all thanks to Bryan. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly.To make a great experience even better, I accidentally left my purse in the vehicle after returning it. Bryan found it and kept it safe for me. That level of honesty and care is hard to find these days.I highly recommend this location and cannot thank Bryan enough for his exceptional customer service.
