  I love Valvoline and have been to plenty of locations all over San Diego. Usually every single person I interact with is super friendly and makes the experience easy and comfortable. This location felt a little different though. I’m not sure if part of the crew was new or what, but there was some pretty obvious tension between employees that made the vibe feel off compared to other locations I’ve visited. That being said, after speaking with the manager, Jorge, he really helped ease my mind and reassured me everyone gets along. He also honored both of my coupons, which I really appreciated. Mateo had the sweetest customer service and handled my concerns really well. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I felt like this was worth mentioning because the energy here just didn’t match the warmth and teamwork I’m used to from other Valvoline crews. I’d still give this location another chance in the future and hopefully this can just be a reminder to treat fellow coworkers with kindness and respect.

  I went in for an oil change today and had friendly and efficient service! Ryan was quick and pleasant and the manager, Earl, came to introduce himself and let me know what all was done, and confirmed all the steps were taken. What a complete departure from the business that was there last!! Thank you!

  I had such a great experience! Angelica, Jorge, and Max were all incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I pulled in. They made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free while still taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure my car was taken care of properly. You can tell this team genuinely cares about customer service and creating a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  There’s no other place I will go to have my basic maintenance done than here!! This team of amazing, experienced, and educated people care so deeply for everything they do and it’s obvious. Angie ( one of the managers and my favorite!) is always a joy to see!!! It’s clear how much she supports her staff, is insanely knowledgeable of all vehicles, and works hard to make the customer feel comfortable and safe. In this industry that’s RARE! For me, knowing that my vehicle is in the best of care is worth everything!! Thank you to all of you!!

  These guys are great. I originally came in just for oil changes, but because they proactively track my vehicle's maintenance history, like air filter replacements and other essentials, I’m able to stay on top of all necessary upkeep. The team is professional and courteous. The longer I use their service, the more value I find, as they provide insightful recommendations on what needs attention next.
