I’ve never been to a Valvoline before, so it was a very cool experience to wait in my car while they checked my fluids . Jonathan and Tony were great. Jonathan also took the time to check my tires, my lights and to walk me through the process as I mentioned I had never been there before. I highly recommend.

Rich and Ben did an excellent job. They didn't try to upsell anything, but did inform me of another filter I wasn't even aware existed. It was filthy and I'm grateful to have had it replaced.

Ben and Raoul helped me at Valvoline oil change in Encinitas on S El Camino Real. They were lovely to chat with and very efficient! I really appreciated their relaxed attitude but they still finished my oil change in about 10 minutes. Excellent experience and I will definitely return to this shop!

Richie and Mike hooked it up and I was in and out in less then 15 min. Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful! Great quick place to come - just don’t miss the right turn coming down the hill like I did!

I always come to this Valvoline location to get my oil changed. Their staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. Richy helped me figure out exactly what my car needed now and what could wait until next time, and Trace changed my oil in record time. I like going to a place where I feel I can trust the people that work there rather than be wary they will upsell me on products I don’t need. I definitely trust the crew that works here and I will be back again for my next oil change!
