  Was in and out in 15mins. The check-in staff member was courteous and friendly. He saw the dog water bottle in my car and started chatting with me about my dogs. There are upsell offers as usual but not done in a pushy way at all.

  Received a fantastic service from Tony, he was patient to explain the differences in oil types and reminded me to get my tire rotation done here which was simple easy. I didn’t even need to leave my car. much faster than going to discount tires. Tony was respectful and the crew was super efficient. Great Teamwork and great value I recommend everyone get your oil changed at Valvoline today

  I’ve been here many times and the staff always get me in and out quickly even without an appointment. You can get a much cheaper oil change elsewhere, but other places want you to leave your car there for hours. I am happy to pay the extra money to get it done quickly with my kids buckled in the car. I appreciate that they check the air filters and other maintenance items, but aren’t pushy about having them do the work.

  Ryan was great very personable and informative ! I came in to get my oil change after a hard day at work (work at a emergency room for animals) and the last thing i wanted to do was come here . However ryan turned my day around and the entire team made the experience quick and acutally enjoyable . Ryan needs a raise !

  These guys are the biggest scammers; they tried to up sale me and when I said no the technician was extremely rude and gave me BS. Made a mistake and went to this one but realized it was the Valvoline that was just a mile down the street that was the one that had good review and were honest! DO NOT GO HERE BEWARE!
