  Got a truck while my truck get fixed got 1 hr down the road and tire pressure sensors started going off.I pulled over and checked the lug nuts all lug.Nuts were loose on all three wheels, then air filter light came on went to a Firestone got one and replaced it myself.told the Ollie when we first got the truck it needed a oil change he said it wasnt scheduled. So we called the guy yesterday told him it was overheating. We never heard back from anybody. So we made it to her destination. I had to pull over on the side, the road and change the oil. Because the oil temperature and it was too hot. We had to ride for 3 and a 1 hours and a 100° weather. With the heater on to keep it from overheating and I have my family with me. We called him this morning, and the guy manager said that he knew nothing about it, but the guy yesterday said he called the manager and the manager told us to either keep driving it or get it this somewhere. The manager has code multiple lies. I have proof of him lying. Just very not customer service, it's like they haven't cared about us. Whatsoever, they gave us a truck that was nasty and dirty and very unsafe. They've not given us a call to see how we're doing or anything like that. Just very disappointed in this company, and it been such a large corporation. So we'll see if this fixes it. We're at a big o tire, we've set and waited for hours and hours.And we kept calling 'em so they could get the payment thing arranged.So they could get the truck fixed finally.After we call and we catch him in another lie.It's getting fixed, hopefully this fixes.It and we'll continue on and see
