  I made a reservation in advance specifically so I could just come in and pick up the car. When I arrived, there was a huge line inside, and only one employee was helping customers. I ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes. Now I’ve been waiting for my car for another hour and a half, and I still have no idea how much longer it will take. Overall, don’t waste your time. Reserving a car in advance through the app does not guarantee fast service.

  I have always rented here with decent service. After this last Wednesday on 7/1, I'll never go back. The girl at the counter was extremely rude. The customer service was horrible. I left, took my business to the Stockton location and got an even better deal with better service. With people like her I don't see how these companies stay in business.

  I can't believe what happened to me at Enterprise in Elk Grove. I gave them my credit card and they charged me $400 for a rental, then said my card was invalid. The charges are on my card but they won't rent me a car. I am reporting them, there were three people in the office upset because of fraudulent charges in the last 3 days something is going on. Do not rent from here take my word!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars for Manager Taylor! She provides excellent and professional customer service. She cares for her clients, and makes the rental experience very good. We are very happy to rent from Enterprise Elk Grove Auto Mall every time. We thank Ms. Taylor so much. God's grace.

  Slowest service you will find, and no, they were not "busy". Just simply slow. I arrived at 8:45, and asked the clerk how long it would be. He said, not long, there is just 3 customers ahead of you and I can jump in to help if needed. There was 5 staff outside receiving and dispatching vehicles. After 25 minutes waiting, they gave vehicles to 2 other people besides the customers ahead of me while I waited. At 45 minutes, I told them again that I was pressed for time. At this point, the staff receiving vehicles jump in to help me. But then his device was malfunctioning. So then another 10 more minutes to figure out how to get me checked out. So I had 45 minutes to spare, but now I am 15 minutes late. Will choose other locations in the future, if I don't have enough time to waste.
