No vans no bigger SUV nothing. Did not apologize and told me I have to go to airport in Sacramento. Compete BS, reservation guarantees you nothing at this location.

- SRsophizta examines realityAug 10, 20265.0I would like to start by saying Eric always provides exceptional service, he deserves praise for his professionalism and client relations even under pressure. It is usually the high point of my visit. Additionally please note that I have been made late twice now by the queue process even with an existing reservation. I arrive 20 minutes early and end up leaving 45 minutes after my reservation. Saturday morning needs more staff and better overall planning. Other than that, note that I enjoy enterprise and will continue renting from you because the employees actually care.

I have rented from Enterprise HUNDREDS of times at locations across the nation and have never had an experience this bad. I will NEVER rent from this location ever again.
